David and his team cleaned my home today, their service was quick, efficient and friendly. The price was very reasonable and David was extremely thorough in explaining the services and the tasks that his team would perform. Again, good service and would certainly recommend.

David and his team were very professional and took the time to explain all aspects of the duct cleaning process with us. Our ducts hadn't been cleaned in MANY years so the job was fairly extensive. I appreciated their thorough work and thoughtful approach. Beyond that, it was very simple to set up the appointment in the first place and the team was very communicative, giving us a heads up before arriving. Thank you for your great service!

Asi and his team were quick and super efficient. Cleaned out the nests and got the dryer vents spotless. Nadine was also so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Everything was explained beforehand and it was done efficiently.

There was minimal debris from even with the amount of dust as they cleaned from room to room.

Amazing experience. Tony and his crew came out and explained everything that was being done and why. He was very informative and didn't try to over sell on anything. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone! We have a 40 year old system that had never been cleaned. They cleaned the flexible duct service we have and the handler that had mold on it.

David & his team were fantastic here in Silver Spring. They were able to throughly clean all the vents in the house including the furness and dryer area. Also learned that our older house had some mold areas which was very worrisome but
David and his team were able to get rid of All the mold and install preventive UV lights ! I highly recommend using Pure Air Duct Services !

If I could rate zero stars I would. This is horrible company and I feel the good reviews are from the company personal to look good. I guess a great price means poor customer service. I had originally scheduled my dryer cleaning for a Saturday morning, I get a call that morning stating the van broke down and they needed to reschedule. This is now an inconvenience to me because I planned it for this day as I was available. When I stated the I was not free any other weekend and that weekdays did not work for me so I’ll have to go with someone else, they offered a great discount. With that I looked and moved some things around for the following Saturday. My window time is 9-11 as this is when I am free and was assured this time. The night before the rescheduled cleaning I receive a text at 9:41p asking if I could do 1-3p. Well that was unprofessional but I answered no and was again assured that 9-11 would be my cleaning. At 9.30a the morning of the rescheduled cleaning I receive a call with a man stating, my boss said we will not be able to do the cleaning. Without hearing any more excuses i informed them I will not need your service and hung up. Poor company and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Mike was great, he corresponded with me with his ETA. He was very careful what he did. Very nice, polite and professional. Cleaned our vents that the home inspection didn’t get.

We had a great experience, really fast to schedule and reasonable price. The team we had in our house Asi, Melvin and Samuel did a great job. Our house smells so much better.

This company is not trustworthy. We have a downdraft vent needs inspection and birdguard. Their cost is $89 for first 8 feet and $10 for each additional feet. The distance from kitchen vent to outlet is 10 feet with tape measure. But they put a flexible brush in and said it was 26 feet. Then to put on a bird guard is additional $125 . Not to mention they came without an appropriate size one. We are very upset with the company. Would never recommend their service to anyone.

This is a company that just takes orders for other companies. They sent a company out to clean a dryer vent for $79 that ended up $350 because it had a small wasp nest.

Company contacted me about this review and verified it was their company. Said the matter was referred to their manager. Have not heard anything from them.
