Short review: Honest, effective, quick, friendly/trustworthy. Will DEFINITELY use him exclusively going forward.

Longer: Our dryer wasn't working well even after we replaced it. After multiple attempts, we realized it was our dryer duct or vent, whatever blows the air out/in that reached all the way into our roof.

Floyd went into our attic (100 degree heat) located it, cleaned it and showed me all that had collected in there, as well as documented fully with pictures. He also gave me great tips/advice.

Just ran a huge wet load and dryer worked perfectly. Thank you!!!

Gal ignored me when I called him back because he left my drain pipe clogged from my A/C Unit. He charge me $800 for it and even blocked my number. Stopped answering his phone. As I have to go out my way to have someone else clean it. Had to changed the drain pipe completely and the water had built up because of it.

As winter approaches, like every year, I needed to have my chimney and fireplace cleaned. Dr. Duct came and cleaned it thoroughly, showing me how much dirt had built up, and made my fireplace look just like new.

Gal was prompt and professional. He gave me good advice that we needed to clean our ducts at least once a year because we have pets. The attached picture is all the junk that came out of our dryer vent. Very scary amount of stuff that would be a fire hazard.

Gil and Nathan did an excellent job explaining issues I had with my dryer vent (no flexible connection on the back) and installing the new part as well as vacuuming years worth of dryer lint out. Highly recommend for anyone with dryer vent needs.

The majority of my HVAC duct cleaning experience with this company was fairly frustrating and I found them to be extremely unprofessional. I had to reschedule my appointment three different times because the technicians kept failing to show up in the agreed upon 2 to 4 hour window. One of the times, the technician literally just told me "I forgot". Further, it was conveniently not mentioned that, while the "Basic Cleaning" package covers an inspection of the return vents, actually cleaning them costs $99 EACH - which I only found out once the technicians were already in my home. It was also supposed to cover an HVAC inspection but I was never given any information or summary of said inspection being performed. I was told they'd do a "free" sterilization, but I kind of just have to take their word for it since it's not clear what that actually entailed.

The technicians then failed to mention that I'd need to change my HVAC air filter several times in the days following the cleaning as it keeps getting clogged with additional debris that was knocked loose but not vacuumed up/removed. They were extremely careless with my home and furniture and I now have several holes in the wall from their equipment that will need to be patched, as well as numerous scuffs and scratches on my wood floors from them moving furniture around to find vents. They knocked down/vacuumed up some dried flowers I had on my wall (sentimental value), left the front cover just hanging off the HVAC unit, failed to move furniture back where it was, and just generally rushed through the process. None of these things is a big deal in isolation but cumulatively add up to an overall negative experience.

The only good thing I can say is that my vents are cleaner now, but I do not recommend Dr. Duct and will not be hiring them again.

Gal was excellent. He was very thorough and Knowledgeable. He walked me through the process and kept me involved in what he was doing. Turned out I had mold and I was not surprised. Highly recommend. Reasonable price as well.

I had an amazing experience with this carpet cleaning company! From the very beginning, they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. They coordinated everything with my building in advance, which made the whole process seamless. The team arrived right on time, were so pleasant and professional, and worked thoroughly and efficiently. My carpets look absolutely fantastic now—the difference is night and day—and the bad odor is completely gone. David and his team came out to service my home this morning. They cleaned the vents and replaced the hose for my dryer. David explained the process and provided before and after pictures. I had a little bit of mold in my bathroom vent and they took care of that for me. The team was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable.

HVAC TECHNICIAN *Jonathan was great and very knowledgeable of his job. I received the best experience and cleaning that someone could ever ask for. I'm thrilled at how much cleaning and time it takes to do a whole house but overall it was well worth the job.

David and his team are amazing. They educated me and exceeded my expectations. In the past I’ve had duct cleaning from other companies and they didn’t identify the correct vent for the dryer. So it was never cleaned. David and his team identified the correct vent which was on the roof. Clogged vents are a fire hazard! I’m sleeping more comfortably tonight because of David!
