I set up an appointment with Duct Doctor, because they were reasonably priced compared to the other companies i called in the area. The process for setting up an appointment was extremely easy. They arrived fully prepared to conduct their work in a very professional manner. The work took all of one hour, and they cleaned up after. I am very satisfied with the work they did, and will use them again in the future.

The guys who came out to service our home system were fantastic. Both of them were professional and took care to be gentle with things around the house. They took before and after pics to show how much cleaner the system is after the work. These guys were the real deal--they are worth the money.

Fantastic company focused on providing excellent customer service. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of working with has been very professional and knowledgeable. Nitin and Greg showed up early for the appointment, took time to explain everything they would be doing, performed the service in a clean/efficient manner, and then followed up to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I will absolutely be utilizing Duct Doctor again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of duct cleaning services.

The technicians were very professional and efficient. They were also very friendly and helpful. Our ducts had not been cleaned for a number of years but they did a wonderful job cleaning our ducts. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others. Arriving on time, they set about determining what needed to be done and then started work. They worked straight through getting all of our ducts cleaned and then cleaned up after themselves so that you would hardly know they had been here. They took measures to ensure our safety during this pandemic.

We had a great experience with Duct Doctor! Nitin and Vilma arrived early, worked professionally and explained everything very well. They took and shared pictures to show their work- cleaning hvacs, ducts, dryer vents all the way through. The truck uses a very powerful vacuum and my ducts are now clear of drywall dust and sawdust that had accumulated during our build. Thanks guys! Great experience with a great team.

Nitin and Enrique were absolutely phenomenal! They arrived exactly on time and were in and out efficiently, cleanly, and very professionally. They were polite and friendly. I called on a Wednesday, and was able to get an appointment for Friday early morning. I had a flight on Friday and they came in earlier than their usual hours just to accommodate to my schedule. Absolutely fantastic, definitely using them again and highly highly recommend.

We've worked with Chris and his team to get ducts cleaned in our old house and in our new house. They are extremely responsive and focused on doing the best job for their customers. We have been highly satisfied and pleased with their attention to detail, professionalism and focus on meeting their clients' expectations. Enrique and Brian were fantastic and did a great job, especially given the fact that our HVAC unit is in our crawlspace which made it a little difficult to access. I would gladly recommend Duct Doctor!

The team arrived ahead of schedule - and made sure it was okay before arriving. They cleaned our air ducts and registers, and left the place spotless. They were super courteous as well! The pictures were a nice touch!

We will be going back with them to have our air ducts cleaned in the near future.

I am very glad I chose Duct Doctor for the vent and dryer cleaning service. They were very thorough in their work and did a fantastic job.

There were no scaremongering tactics. They had simple yet reasonable pricing. They gave a specific arrival time instead of a window, and were early. This was super helpful in planning our day. Expected cleaning time was an hour and a half but they ended up spending a little over two hours.

During the cleaning we had to turn off the furnace and open the door with an outside temperature in 30s, this dropped the temperature in the house to 67. After cleaning it got 73 in less than an hour. It would have taken more than an hour typically

I have nothing but incredibly positive things to say about Duct Doctor! I not only called, but sent an email to Duct Doctor, inquiring about their services. They were incredible responsive and every staff member I spoke with, especially Christopher, was so incredibly informative, kind, genuine, and just top notch to deal with! I didn't know what to anticipate as I had never had my ducts cleaned before, but the crew that came really provided A+++ service! They explained every last detail of the entire process from start to finish, wore protective gear due to COVID, then sent me multiple photos of before and after before they left! The experience couldn't have gone any better and I noticed an immediate difference in air quality by the time they departed. I wish I could've given 10 stars for their incredible customer service and attention to detail. Highly communicative, high quality work, the list goes on! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! The team did a great job. Extremely thorough! Before and after pics were unbelievable. I watched the technicians for a while and they were very detail oriented. This was a commercial job done with great care. Since this cleaning was so painless, we will do it much more often knowing that this Duct Doctor team really takes pride in their work.

Chris and his team are outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, reliable, competitively priced and did a great job. We are moving into a new home, just had the floors refinished and wanted to get the ducts cleaned before moving in. Chris had us scheduled within 2 days of my first call and his team even removed their shoes, knowing we had just finished the floors. I could not be happier with Chris, the Duct Doctor team. and the service they provided. Getting a quote and scheduling a cleaning was incredibly easy and they were on time and punctual on the day of the appointment. They were very diligent with their prep work, going room to room to do what they needed to do. They were very thorough with the clean up as well.

Our house even smells cleaner now!

The Duct Doctor team did a great job cleaning our vents. The pictures of after looked great. Brian and his colleague were very professional, got to work right away, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly. There was no bait and switch or pressure for additional services. They performed the work I requested for the price they quoted with no hassle. Booking the appointment was also easy and the team showed up right on time. Overall a fantastic experience!

They were very prompt even showed up early and what they quoted as a two hour job. They finished in 15 minutes. A little pricey for a dryer vent cleaning but worth it

Need FULL REFUND by COB OCTOBER 24th. Work not done. Chris came 10/20 in am. I paid for deep duct cleaning and UV light. Showed him HVAC system that had drywall dust in it. Chris showed pictures post work I questioned why it looks the same as before cleaning? Meaning drywall dust still there . He responds that’s just how the UV lights makes it look in pictures. I later inspected it and sure enough DRYWALL Dust was still there. Also he didn’t do dry vents as Ben stated was included in deep cleaning. I have pictures of proof. Additionally I recently had home painted, bathroom redone, floors replaced. Chris damaged my walls around the vents. Again full refund to original form of payment by COB 10/24/23. If refund not received will file complaint with Attorney General,Consumer complaints, and contact my attorney from Cancer institute. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMpany. Doesn’t do what they are paid to do, tear up your property, SCAMMY, and dishonest.

Couple weeks ago had DJ come out and provide the dryer vent cleaning. He was prompt and on time and the service didn’t take took long either. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest thing to schedule. Will be using again in the future.

This is my second time using duct doctor and I can’t speak highly enough about them. The last service call we were still in our old house in VA, and I had kept up regularly with vent cleaning. The service was professional, no hidden fees and I was very happy with the service. But the results were not dramatic.
But this service call we had moved into our new house in MD and the dryer wasn’t operating properly. It took (2-3) 50 minute cycles to dry clothes.
OMG. Not sure why people don’t think this is an important maintenance item, but it was clear the prior owner had never cleaned the dryer duct, the house is 7 years old. I have never seen such a clogged thing and we were definitely going to need to buy a new dryer because of the strain to the motor had this not been fixed, and I personally think we were a candidate for a fire. Dried out birds nest and all.
