The two young men who performed the work were simply outstanding. Professional, courteous and efficient. Even though the house was empty as it is being sold they were careful to keep any dirt or debris from the carpet or floors.

Nitin and his two men team was very pleasant. Great service will recommend this business to anyone. I did two system with dryer vent. Worth the money especially working with Nitin. He showed me before and after pictures and was very satisfied with the work and his great customer service skills. Exceptional guy.

The Duct Doctor team did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. The pictures of after looked great. Nitin and his colleague were very professional, got to work right away, and got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

The 2 technicians were on time and very professional. They walked me thru what they would do and went to work. The equipment was impressive and the vacuum hooked up directly to the truck, so no mess in the house. My house has two systems, up and down, and 42 vents, but they didn’t cut any corners. Its not cheap but I would highly recommend this service

They did an excellent job. My friend referred Duct Doctor to me. Three guys came to my house with huge truck and spent almost 3 hours cleaning the two AC units of my house. I am very pleased at their service.

I googled for a while to find someone good - i heard tons of scam issues in the past, but i went with Duct Doctor based on reviews on google. Nittan, Thais, and Greg - i think those were their names were ALL very professional and nice. They explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it. They answered all my questions. They were thorough and hard working. Couldn't have been happier. I feel like I got what I paid for. I found a handful of places a little bit cheaper, but to be honest, the difference was worth every penny. I look forward to calling them back out in a few years to do the dryer vent again.

We had a great experience with Duct Doctor! They showed up on time, cleaned and fixed our dryer vent, and even vacuumed the lint from our attic that accumulated due to previously partially disconnected vent. We would definitely use them again when we need vent cleaning!

Duct doctor was fantastic. Arrived ahead of schedule and went to work immediately. Our system was really dirty and also had a broken part. They handled everything for our HVAC cleaning as well as the dryer vent. Pleasant, professional, and hard working. This company is marvelous! Chris came in and did an estimate for us right away to have our ducts cleaned for a commercial building. He was pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything they were going to do, and wanted to personally be there to supervise the job. They came in and did 1/3 of our duct work in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended!

The technicians at Duct Doctor USA of NOVA & Hampton Roads provided excellent service. They arrived on time and either wore slippers or took off their shoes before entering my home. They completed the work needed (dryer vent cleaning) in a timely manner and were courteous and professional at all times. I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them for any air duct cleaning services needed.

The gentlemen who came were more than knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my house. I would certainly recommend them. They came in May 2019 to do whole house duct cleaning, and then again this week to clean out the dryer vent. I am extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend them!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Duct Doctor last week. They were on time and got right to work checking out the air ducts through out my house. They then set up their equipment and worked diligently without a break until they were done. They also cleaned my dryer vent.

I had a very nice experience with the Duct Doctor team today. The three man team arrived on time, introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and got right to work. They were very cordial and polite during the two hours time of working on my system. They used drop cloths on the floor where the vacuum tubing was laid in the house and when they left the whole system including the areas where they were working was white glove clean! Thanks for a great job done very efficiently!

I am so glad my HVAC company referred me to Duct Doctor. With so many companies offering this service I wasn't certain who would be the best for the job. No question after using Duct Doctor it was them. I was thrilled with the service and professional crew at Duct Doctor. They were helpful and experienced and truly a joy to work with.
