He cleared out my horribly clogged dryer vent in under and your, explained to me each step in the process and everything he did, and have me advice on how to make sure it never gets that clogged again. Having called around to a few other business, I know that their price was totally fair.

Gal from Dr. Duct was great. He showed me everything that needed to be done WITHOUT trying to upsell me, gave me a very fair estimate and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Service was outstanding. Gal did an amazing job cleaning the air vents. My HVAC system looks brand new! I highly recommend Dr. Duct Inc and I recommend that you ask for Gal. I ordered the basic service but Gal was so thorough in cleaning the vents I thought he gave us a free upgrade. He was honest by informing us that all we needed was a basic cleaning. We definitely got our money's worth.

Gal arrived 30 minutes before appointment for air duct & dryer vent cleaning. He answered several questions, returned to truck to get mask/shoe covers (as requested), explained the process & advised against deodorizer if I had sensitivities. I really appreciate that because I am very sensitive to smells. He didn't try to add on services. They also respond to messages in a timely manner which is a plus.

If I could offer any improvement, I'd say slow down a little bit. I know he was eager to get off but I felt like it was rushed. Ask where to put a book, tools, trash.. (dining room table with no cover or donation bag, isn't the best place), if you drop something, pick it up & handle phone calls after the job is done. He also forgot to turn heat button back on but he did respond quickly to the issue. I appreciate that because temps. are dropping. SLOW DOWN!

I do plan to recommend them to two neighbors & others. Maybe it was an isolated incident.

Gal was great he did an amazing job!!! I brought my first home not too long ago and did some renovations, there was a smell and the vents were very dirty. All my vents and ducts are now clean. He cleaned my furnace and the musty smell that was here before is gone. I would recommend their services. Gal is very knowledgeable and on time even explained how to keep everything clean and when I should change my filters. I’m very pleased.

Dan was amazing he explained as well as let me see the dirt and debris in the duct work. Amazing I was happy to know that my investment will help me breathe as well as my family can sleep. Also the 1/4 trash bag filled with lint from dryer that could have become a possible fire hazard job well done

Gal did a great job! Very efficient, neat, thorough and considerate. He explained the problem well (we have a hairy dog and need to clean the dryer vent at least once a year). We will not hesitate to call Dr Duct again in the future.

Ben was REALLY amazing! Really great guy, very knowledgable, he explained in great detail everything that needed to get done. He did a very thorough inspection of my duct system and very thorough and efficient job cleaning everything including dryer line. The turnaround time was really fast, i called Monday and he came Wednesday morning to complete everything. Overall I am very satisfied with the service, l would HIGHLY recommend and I will be calling them for other services that they provide.

BROKE MY DRYER! Highly DO NOT recommend. Had a duct cleaning on Thursday. Did laundry Saturday and almost blew up my house. When the tech returned the dryer to the closet he completely bent and kinked the hose in two places, restricting air flow and rendering my dryer a useless fire hazard.

Gal was the name of my technician. He was awesome. He walked me through what needed to be done and didn’t upsell me. I had another company come by first and tried to sell me on cleaning the main output ducts of my furnace. Gal checked it out and said I didn’t need it. I bought myself a snake camera and checked it out myself. Go figure, the main outputs were clean as could be. Gal handled the cleaning professionally. Thank you for your work Gal and thank you for being honest.
