Prompt and punctual. But shockingly expensive—$360 to clean a dryer duct, about half the cost of a new dryer! They charge by the foot so be warned if you have a long duct.

Ben, our technician, was communicative, showed up on time with a call beforehand, was very respectful of the property, and did a great job cleaning 11+ years of lint out of the dryer vents (the previous owners seem not to have heard of "preventative maintenance").
