I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Kevin came out to repair my dishwasher for the second time and it is still leaking and he was very rude he made me feel uncomfortable in my own home.

Came out to troubleshoot non-working stove. Ordered necessary parts and returned when parts arrived to install them. Stove is up and running properly again.

4.5.. I am glad they came out and great service, but the price to be told nothing can be done what a bit steep when knowing you can't fix the problem...

The way service used to and should still be! Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly service. The owner is a stand up guy. Call him for your washing machine needs.

Technician did not show during the day and time that was provided to me. Spoke with the technician who said he would be there between 2-4. Called to reschedule the following day and they said they could get me on the schedule in 9 days. Unacceptable.

Website says same or next day service - but couldn't get service for 3 weeks. Girly Girl answering phones hung up on me when I questioned the website statement.

Very prompt and fixed our fridge. Had to order the parts and that took a week from GE, but as soon as they came in, they were out the next day to fix it. Very reasonable too!

Fred had the problem with the gas stove diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. Part was stocked on the truck. Great work!

Awesome service. Sadly paid to have someone tell us there was no point in fixing the washer but did everything he could to troubleshoot the issue. Would definitely recommend!

They were well within the timeframe projected. Troubleshot the issue, will have to return with a replacement part they needed to order. Just not as soon as I would have liked to get on the schedule.

The tech that came to our house was named Fred, he was knowledgeable, efficient, honest, fair, and a great communicator. I highly recommend him and this company.

I have used AA professionally and personally for years and I must say they are one of the best in the business! Always on time and always know how to fix the issue fast and cost effectively! I highly recommend!

I purchased a part and tried to return it the same day but was told by the employee she didn't know how to do returns. I returned that following saturday and every Saturday after that but no one ever answers the door or the telephone. They have multiple stores, multiple websites, and multiple numbers. Their service is the worst ever! Can you imagine their repair service? NO THANK YOU!!

Heather the receptionist is rude and sassy plus she's a liar. If the voice of the company lacks professionalism that's a big red flag. I'll give my money to a company who values their customers a little more.

AA Dependable Appliance came to my house and told me the repair on my very old dishwasher would be so expensive it would be better to buy a new dishwasher. They repair appliances, they do not sell appliances.
AA Dependable Appliance let me know what was best for me instead of what was more profitable for them. Thank you for your honesty.

Have used aa dependable various times throughout the years and they are by far southern Marylands most reliable appliance repair. If available they've come out that same day or at the most a day or two later. If a part needs to be ordered it typically dosent take long and seeing as they service all of southern maryland they are pretty good with giving you a good time window . Its family owned I believe and I've always appreciated local business over big corporations, they just seem to care more.

Fred was great. Extremely knowledgeable, personal, and professional. Took great care of our repair in a timely manner and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all is working well.
