Austin was great. Extremely knowledgeable, personal, and professional. Took great care of our repair in a timely manner. Made the time window given. Great customer service.

Made an appointment for freezer repair 1 week ago after losing all our frozen food. They were to be here today...no call, no show and of course it's Friday. I was recommended to use them, but won't now.

Without going into the long drawn out version, I will say this... whoever "Crystal" is at this company has the utmost disrespect for customers I have ever encountered in my entire life. And I used to have comcast!!! It's NEVER, EVER, EVER ok to call at customer at their home and berate them for giving you a poor rating. Too bad I can't change it to ZERO stars!!!
P.S., if you are reading this (Crystal) and you would have taken the time to talk to me instead of be rude and threatening, I would have informed you that the rating was meant for the HSA company, not AA Dependable because the email asking me to do the review came from HSA! I didn't have any issue with YOUR company, in fact I quite liked Kevin (the repairman that came out) but I did have an issue with the HSA warranty place. -
Our tech came in and evaluated our issue and made recommendations. He explained the problem and solution in layman's terms and showed me the origin of the issue. I didn't feel pressured or duped.
The part has been ordered and the appointment made to fix tge issue. -
It's not always about businesses getting it right all the time (although I've used them before, and they did). It's how they treat their customers when things go sideways. They responded with integrity - and then were tenacious and resourceful to finally solve the problem! Good customer service is NOT always hard to find - they're local!

Contacted them Friday morning via their website. Got a call back as soon as they opened. My dry was fixed by 1p that day. Great service! Cost of repair was fair and certainly comparable to any in-home repair nowadays.

Austin came out and figured out what was wrong with our washer. Part was ordered and was scheduled to come out to install less than a week later. Service call, part and install was around $200.00 total, very reasonable and professional staff.

Dishonest contractor. .AA Dependable did not repair my appliance after 5 visits over a 7 week period. Each repair person suggested a different problem with my dishwasher each visit. This company ordered the wrong parts for my dishwasher twice and arrived without ordered parts on one of the visits. I would not recommend this company.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. Owner suggested replacing a part. Another tech came 10 days later and replaced the part. Unit still did not work. Owner would not come back out, nor return our calls. But did indeed cash BOTH of our checks. DO NOT USE!
Replying to response from owner. Of course you would say that, you hung up on us and would not take our calls. We've moved on. -
The worst company i have EVER done business with. I had a working dryer when they get there and when they left it was not working. They called the next day to tell me that I needed a new control board. And suggested that we buy a new dryer. As I said this was a working dryer... They were called out for a noise that the dryer was making. The guy working on the unit was very rude and every time he went out to the truck he would slam the door to the house. At this point I have called them and sent a few emails. The last I heard was they were supposed to be talking with Austin.

Tech came and had never serviced a stove by my manufacturer. Promised he would call back. Took the manual and my service fee. To this day never heard back from him. Called the company and was told sorry...and we keeping the fee because we researched the web for 2 days and found no answers.

When the first time I called my dryer was broke (LG products junk) they came right out the technician was professional, on time, courteous, friendly and very helpful. Then to no avail I had two appliances go out on me (one week before thanksgiving and the other just 4 days ago-another LG product) well Crystal has been through it all with me, answering any questions I have any concerns she has been a true BLESSING IN MY LIFE! I won’t call anyone else but from now on..for repairs or help.

AA came to fix our washer for the first time on July 12. I told them it was spitting dirt onto clothes and showed where the dirt came from, but the rep was anxious to finish the job so he just replaced the washplate, which didn't fix any problem. The washer also went off balance frequently, so he recommended replacing the bearings. I started using the laundromat 10 mins away since the washer kept spitting dirt onto our clothes. I called back the following week to get the status of the bearings part, and they said our ticket was closed (apparently they were more anxious to close the ticket, than to fix anything). Nobody called us to see if the the washer was fixed, they just closed the ticket without asking. So, we had to request another repair from the warranty co, and start the process again. The bearings finally came in and a rep named Austin came yesterday (Aug 10). I told him about the dirt, and that I wanted to clean the drum when he took it out. He reluctantly let us do that. My husband used our steam cleaner to clean the outside of the drum, and I scrubbed the plastic wash basin. It took an extra half hour of his time, so he missed his next job. I told AA that Austin did an excellent job since he helped us solve the washer problem, and of course he replaced the bearings in the washer and fixed our oven too. They should reward their reps for making customers happy, and solving the actual problem, not just finishing jobs. I would give Austin a 5 star review, but AA 1 star for wasting a month of our time by 'finishing jobs' without addressing the real problem. If not for Austin, this review would be 1 star. AA: Your reps should get rewarded for solving problems, and for good customer service, not just "finishing" jobs!!

The worst customer service ever. We had a technician come out to repair a wash. It took a total of 5 trips out to just tell us the washer needs to be replaced. The technician just walked out the house without saying anything. Then makes up a story saying my wife was hostile to him. We called their dispatch and we got no help. This worst service I ever had.

Fred was the technician to service my refrigerator. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Fred explained and provided tips about prolonging the life of my refrigerator. The best surprise that really put the icing on the cake, I was in dire need of a garbage disposal and Fred so happen to have one that was a perfect fit. I would do business with this company again. He did a great job.

Lucky did a great job at a great value. He found the issue with the junction box, fixed the broiler, and identified the underlying issue with the washer, all for a few hundred dollars. Saved thousands and extended the life of my appliances.

Excellent service! Speedy and friendly! I called....well TRIED.... Sears and schedule a service appointment for my refrigerator that stopped cooling. I had bought it from there so figured I could get it repaired by them. Long story short. This company actually answers the phone AND came out SAME DAY!!! Thank you so much for your super awsome service!! I will definitely use you for future services.

The owner serviced my refrigerator. He was so awesome and so personable! He even took time and fixed my dishwasher without me even asking! His son in law Chris was great too! Love love love that it's a family run company. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I have used this company for well over ten years and have had no problems. I am now having an issue with my washing machine and they have said that the reason the washing machine makes a noise while spinning is because the door is broken leaks. The door is in fact not broken and it does not leak. My home warranty company will not pay to repair the washing machine now because I have to pay an additional $900 to fix the not broken door before I can get the actual problem fixed. I'm extremely disappointed with this company.

We enjoyed great customer service with AA Dependable from beginning to end! The person answering the phones was friendly and helpful. Fred, the technician who came to fix our washer, was smart and efficient--he correctly diagnosed the problem immediately and fully repaired our unit in 20 minutes. I highly recommend AA Dependable for your appliance repairs.

Company took 2 weeks to send a technician. On the day of, he was late, was here for less than 20 minutes to diagnose the problem, and charged us $90. The quote he gave us was overpriced and on top of the $90 service charge, and they couldn't even give us a definite install date. We are buying a whole new appliance because it's cheaper and faster. Do not use this company, just buy a whole new appliance - it'll save you time and money.
