Very professional service. This is my 2nd time using Elite Pest Control. First for mice and then with bees. Anthony was very knowledge and was able to diagnose the problem with one picture text. After completing his job, he checked in several times to make sure the mice and bees hadn’t returned. Will definitely use for any future pest problems. Great local business!

Update 6/29/2024: Elite Pest Control came a third time for a bug issue, able to help right away, and followed up within a week to make sure everything was going well. As with the prior 2 times, great service, and very helpful!

Highly recommend Elite Pest Control! I needed someone to come out quickly to spray my house and I am so glad I found Elite Pest Control. It was super easy to go online and an book appointment. Great communication and super friendly service. They also followed up with me to see if I needed any further assistance. I will definitely use them again in the future for any pest control needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Elite pest control was great to work with to address our mouse problem. All appointments were made by text messages and the response time was very quick. We unfortunate discovered pests burrowing in our backyard. Elite Pest was a huge help. They were on top of the monthly visits until the problem went away. Anthony diligently followed up even weeks after no activity. Appreciate the help and service and would recommend to anyone struggling with this issue!

I was less than pleased. The owner, Anthony, made promises and was rude when I asked about those guarantees. They wouldn't move anything to find the source of the problem. Techs would come out weekly for maintenance, but no source would be found. Anthony had me text when the techs would arrive and leave. They left tracking powder all over the place (substances that can make humans sick). When something was caught, and I expected prompt pick up, Anthony yelled that that was not in the package. (It was.) Once I realized I was not dealing with a good company, I called someone else, they came out and found the points of entry and sealed them up promptly. I haven't had any issues since.

Edit: To the owner's response, I was a customer in 2022. The new company came in and spent hours cleaning up the tracking powder that had been left behind since as previously stated, they never found the entry points.

If you need pest control, they’re the best. Employees are so kind, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. And the treatments they provide work quickly, and without putting my kids or dogs in danger.

We had a rodent problem shortly after moving into a new house. Hearing them in the walls and even seeing one in the basement. We’d contacted another company whose tech came by (after a week), gave a quick glance around the property, and essentially told us “it could be a lot of things” and offered to put down poison. Unsatisfied we contacted Elite Pest control.

Immediately we were impressed by a couple things: Anthony offered to come by the next day (even though it was a Sunday). When he came by he gave a thorough inspection, plugging interior holes with steel wool, moving appliances and furniture to identify possible entry points and add traps. Finally he surveyed the outside and discovered an exterior hole as likely point of entry (completely missed by the other company). With his help we got a contractor to seal the entry point and his tech come by multiple times to check traps and ensure no more rodents accessing the house.

Haven’t heard or seen a thing since we called them. I can’t say enough about the service. If you have rats or mice I highly recommend giving them a call. I went with the premium service which included the follow up visits. It gave my family great piece of mind that the problem was resolved.

I had a mouse problem pop up on me this spring. It was extremely frightening for me. I had not had a rodent in almost 20 years. Anthony and his team with Elite Pest Control came to my home when I was scared to death and they discreetly surveyed my home and handed what needed to be handled. They then came back every week to check on the situation. At every time they treated me and my home with dignity and respect. I will continue to use Elite and I highly recommend that you do also.

The entire team was very professional and responsive. We had rats and mice living under a closed in, elevated deck. They tried various techniques and products to finally rid our property of these pests. We were able to confirm success with the use of our “critter cam”.
