When I moved into my new apt not too long ago, I scrubbed it down from head to toe before I moved in.
Had no desire to rent out and lug up and spend a few hours with a carpet cleaner rental (and the place is all carpeted) so I Googled these guys up.
Great job, staff was on time, got the job done when they said they would, overall good experience.

Carpet Cleaning never went so seamlessly, By far the best Carpet Cleaning DC has to offer Eric was so nice and did a great job on our bedroom carpet he managed to make our 3 years old carpet look as good as it has ever been.

Great service- we really impressed with our carpets. We had pets and she was able to clean stains that we have had challenges removing to ensure that our carpet was clean and health not jeopardized. Would definitely recommend to others!

They deserve 5 stars. They came on time. I didn't feel any rushing , they even recommended the cleaning of one bathroom and cleaning behind the refrigerator without charging more. They are professional. Recommended. By the way they did tile and grout cleaning . They started at. 930 am they were done at 1230pm. It was 1300 sqft and they worked 2 people. Both more knowledgable than other !

Very professional service! We have used other carpet cleaner before, but the spots and the smelling (pets) from our previous owners of the house came back quickly.

I've learned that finding even a decent carpet cleaning company is quite difficult around here. Some can't even do the basic things like answering phone calls or returning emails.
lotus green carpet cleaning was GREAT. They answered my phone call, it was easy to make an appointment, they came on time, and the job was done quickly and perfectly.

Excellent, professional service. Very accommodating to my needs. Did a thorough cleaning even in my grandfather room which was the worst with juice and other hard to get out stains on the carpet. I was very pleased not only with the service I received but the professional and polite attitude of the staff. Always have a great experience. They are by far the best carpet cleaning company I have dealt with thus far since I have been managing an apartment complex. We have them come in at a minimum once a year to clean the carpet in each apartment also when ever a tennant moves out. They are always very professional and courteous of our tenants.

It is imperative that I give Lotus Green 5 stars! These guys succeeded in cleaning a nearly 10 year old carpet filled with dust, mold, and every other imaginable filth there is. They worked skillfully, diligently, efficiently, and passionately - and their passion definitely shows in their work. They were affordable and tremendously customer-friendly. Lotus Green did an excellent job on the all white furniture that needed a little TLC. Well James took care of making them beautiful and bright again. The products used had a pleasant scent and no chemicals were required to clean up the stains. A wonderful experience all around - James explained the process, arrived on time and he was a nice representative for the company. I will certainly tell my friends and when the need arises next, I will definitely use Lotus Green again!

It's very hard to find a cleaning service that's actually reliable and has quality service. Lotus Green was amazing with my cream colored carpet. With little kids around, it's impossible to keep it clean. However, for the professionals here, it wasn't even a big deal! I'm glad that I found this service. I'll surely be using them again!

These guys do an amazing job! I helped a friend of mine move last week and when we got her rug out of storage, it was a disaster. Rather than throwing away a perfectly nice and quality rug, we called Lotus Green and set up an appointment.

Lotus was the perfect choice because they use green products, which means you're not inhaling toxic chemicals and you're not left with a stench in your home. After the cleaners finished with the rug it looked brand new! All of the stains were gone and it was soft to the touch.

Customer service was excellent and the cleaners were nothing short of professional - it was a pleasure to watch them work, especially since they were extremely knowledgeable. Great experience and reasonable prices too!

I spent 2 weeks with my Uncle and his family since my Grandmother was coming up from the islands. I treated them to a living room carpet cleaning as appreciation for their family hospitality. I looked up online for any recommended carpet cleaning companies and Lotus was one of the top recommended in the area. They wasn't kidding about same day cleaning, they were in and out with an hour and a half. They're very thorough and I like the fact they use non-toxic products that's safe use even around small children and pets. My Uncle and his family were grateful, and will be using Lotus' services again in the near future. Amazing job and the carpet never looked so good!

Today my mom had a carpet cleaning appointment from lotus, the appointment time window was 9-11 am the cleaner arrived at 11:50 am and for the living room stairs & hallway the guy tried to charge my mom $450.
Before hand I let the manager know that my mom is visually impaired & to please let the cleaner know of this matter, and for some reason she feels that he tried to take advantage of her by trying to over charge her for such small areas…9/2/24

Simply a great experience with Lotus green carpet Cleaning DC service.
I had Sam pick up 2 oriental rugs from my house last week, I really needed those rugs cleaned after a party we had in the house.
i was able to got a same day appointment set by Michelle and that was great the price for the deep cleaning package was very reasonable and I opted for that package. The rugs arrived earlier today in great shape, i am very happy with this local service and I will be using them in the future.

This company is actually serviced by a different company that provides services to many different carpet cleaning websites. So just be aware. I don’t think there are any actual employees of “lotus”. It is a front.

Anyway, when I called, they said it would be $149. When they arrived, they told me the price was $380. I don’t understand why it cost so much for two small rooms.

I feel mislead. I would definitely not use this company again. Better service and better value elsewhere.

She was amazing! Our apartment literally sparkled after she was done. We are so happy to have found her and will continue to use her services to clean our apartment in the future.

She’s kind and super reliable. My place isn’t huge but it still takes time keeping it clean. She shows up with a smile and by the time I’m back from doing laundry and getting groceries the house looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend her anyone looking for a reliable and friendly person to keep their space clean.
