ThinkMaids has always provided reliable, fair, and prompt service. For a household of two working professionals, they enable us to be more flexible throughout the month. I would recommend them to others in the area.

Failed to show at agreed time. No call. We called an hour later to learn the single maid was not available until late afternoon, too late to do the job. Won’t recommend them for such unprofessionalism. Oh, and that would have been more than $200 for a few hours work. We cancelled.

Great great service! Super responsive. Service was thorough, detailed, and didn't require me watching over his shoulder. Cleaned everything including the blinds. Reasonable price for such good, friendly service. Highly recommend to try it!

My cleaner, Rose, never showed up as promised, and when I tried calling Jackie to find out what was going on, I never heard back from her either. This was after being rescheduled twice. I will never use them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to others.

Very easy to use online booking and our crew was very thorough, right on time and professional. We used for a deep clean before move in and will definitely use again for regular cleanings.

Terrible experience, I was scheduled for 10am -12pm window they didn't show up til 520pm. They didn't offer compensation nor did they apologize I hafto suggest a discount. Once they finally came thet said they couldn't do my cleaning because there was some marijuana residue on the floor.

Cleaning staff did not show up without any notice despite charging me for the full service 24 hours in advance. I’ve been unable to reach anyone to request a refund and will have to dispute the credit card charge. Very unprofessional - do not recommend

My husband bought a deep clean for me for my birthday and it turned out to be a disaster. Not only did we not get a “deep clean” job but the maid exchanged her mangled phone charger with one of ours and flushed a TON of paper towels down our toilets. We had to call a plumber only a week later to the tune of $600 to snake our pipes!
If you want a job done by thinkmaids, be sure you have an extra few hundred for a plumber afterwards.

Thinkmaids is the best cleaning service I have used in the DMV. Not only do they do the best job of any cleaners I’ve ever had, their online booking system is super convenient, and their customer support is excellent. I highly recommend them!

I have used Think Maids twice for a Deep Cleaning of our 3/3, and both cleanings have been superb. When we got home from work, our house was the cleanest it's ever been.

Although I wasn't there at the time, my girlfriend wanted to be there due to nerves. Suffice to say, not only was the staff courteous, but helped allay her concerns. On top of customer service, they cleaned thoroughly and things I didn't expect, but greatly welcome. They even vacuumed my cats tree!

Very pleased with the service I've gotten. The prices are not the cheapest, but the cleaners work hard and the process, which includes online booking and a two-hour arrival window, is extremely convenient. I would recommend them, especially if you're looking for recurring service, since they offer a discount if you have them come weekly, monthly, or anything in between.

RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THINK MAIDS.
They rescheduled with me four or five times, which resulted in them giving me a free clean, which was appreciated.
Yet, during my free clean, they didn’t clean my basement because I didn’t select it as an extra. In addition the most egregious thing is that they RUINED MY BRAND NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS.

I’m not sure what rose and her team did, but there are scratches upon scratches on my NEW hardwood floors. WHEN I RAISED THIS TO THEM THEY OFFERED ME COMPENSATION OF A FREE CLEAN. Are you kidding?! You ruined thousands of dollars of hardwood floors, won’t take responsibility and are offering me a free clean?!??

Try spekless or another company that has an easy interface to use, but is better quality, reliable and actually honest.

Very disappointed. I scheduled a deep clean and came back to find there was still a dark, heavy layer of dust on my blinds, the inside of the cabinet in the bathroom still had tissues and dust inside and many surfaces I wiped down still weren't clean. I was charged $200 for a tiny 300 square foot studio so I'm surprised there were so many missed spots. I'm finding myself cleaning my whole apartment again even after paying a cleaning crew. Feeling like I've been ripped off and sad it didn't work out :(

ThinkMaids has gone above and beyond. You can easily book online for additional services unavailable to the usual cleaning services found elsewhere, like dishes and laundry. They also do AirBnB cleaning. My cleaning person arrived on time and was very cheerful and friendly. Most of all, she did a great job and went above and beyond on cleaning every nook and cranny. I've had cleaning services before. ThinkMaids is my most favorite yet!

I used them to "deep clean" my apartment before moving in. They were about 30 minutes later than the window they were supposed to arrived and they were "done cleaning" in about 30 minutes. There were two cleaners. The place was not deep cleaned. I will never use their services again.
