I'm sure the dogs will help blend it in over time! The only thing I wish I had known beforehand was that there is a minimum $150 fee for any carpet repair. It felt a bit surprising to learn that after scheduling the appointment. It would have been nice if they had mentioned it on the phone, and maybe added some carpet cleaning for that price. If I had been aware of the cost earlier, I might have let my husband attempt the repair instead. As for the repair, it did hold up well, and I was pleased with the service we received. I later updated my review to mention that the repair had issues, but the company reached out to address my concerns. They kindly offered some complimentary carpet cleaning to make up for the situation, although we were too busy to schedule it. Plus, the carpet was still pretty new and didn’t need a deep clean at that time. I was pleasantly surprised when they refunded the original cost of the repair via a check, which I really appreciated.
