James came and cleaned a two seater and three seater sofa for me. He was in time and did a great job. He was very detail oriented and the furniture was renewed. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! A baby and a white couch situation. After attempting to clean on my own—and appearing to make it way worse, we called J & J Carpet & Upholstery. They were able to quickly get us on their schedule. The stain was removed and the couch looks brand new. We were very pleased with the service.

James did a fantastic job cleaning our white couch. We had a major stain from wine which I honestly thought could never be removed and he was able to totally remove it. His service was fast, affordable and yielded better than expected results. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for furniture cleaning.

James does a phenomenal job. He is very responsive and got all the stains out of my Steelcase fabric chair and made it look like new. He also cleaned my mattress and blanket and did a fantastic job. I definitely will reach out to him again. Affordable too!

James did a phenomenal job on our couch. It hadn’t been cleaned in a year and had since accumulated a lot of pet dander, dirt, and odor. After the cleaning, the couch smelled and felt the cleanest it’s been since we purchased it. James was also very efficient with his service, communicative, and respectful of our home! Only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but not anything unusual from what you’d find in the immediate DC area and worth it if you need a good quality cleaning. James was also transparent on price before the cleaning.

Great experience with James! Truly over delivered because we didn’t think the watermark stains all over my white couch would come off. But James worked his magic and got the job done; no more stains! Professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. 10/10 recommend

We’ve used James several times now to clean our white sofa, and he is truly the best in the business. After a disappointing experience with Stanley Steemer—we called James less than a week later because the sofa still looked dingy—he was able to restore it beautifully. He’s incredibly thorough, professional, and takes real pride in his work. Our sofa looks brand new every time he leaves. We won’t use anyone else!

Did a very good job getting most of the couch clean. There were some areas that were clearly not touched. Particularly one area where my cat sits had alot of hair still there. I would have given 4 stars except for the fact that he also sprayed my freshly painted walls with the cleaning solution. I reached out and never got a response. Accidents happen but I was provided no remedy thus the 2 stars

We were incredibly disappointed with our carpet and couch cleaning. The price quoted on the phone was different than the one presented in person, the cleaner arrived outside of the appointment window, and our items show zero signs of improvement.

thomas showed up today and did an outstanding job! he cleaned our oversized sectional and living room carpet in washington. i had initially thought that some stains would still be visible on the sectional, but he managed to remove them all! the carpet smells fantastic and looks amazing!
