I am very disappointed. I scheduled a service for mattress and bed frame cleaning. I was overcharged from the price stated in the initial communication. I disclosed about my handicap and was told they would do the moving of the bed frame. It was not done. Instead, James did one side of the frame. I believe this was done because he knew because of my disability I would have trouble checking the other side right away. Upon checking, it was evident there was not even an attempt made to clean the other side. When asking for a resolve, I have been ignored. I’ve reached out more than once and via different avenues. I’m very disappointed because the previous reviews made me expect a different experience.
