James was fantastic! Arrived on time and did an outstanding job in cleaning our sofa, including the stains from a water leak from the condo above us. I highly recommend this company.

James was very responsive, thorough, and professional in cleaning my couch — it looks brand new! He was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend J&J for all upholstery cleaning!

James was easy to work with and did an great job cleaning a chair, sectional, and rug for us. Downsides: quite a bit of cleaner was splattered on our wood floor around the furniture, and I had to go around and clean it up after James left (after it dried into a white film); the odor is still quite strong after a day of drying and airing out. Overall a positive experience, and I would choose to hire J&T again.

We had a great experience with J&T. We have a large Room and Board sectional couch that they cleaned and it was like new. Three small kids, a dog, and the circus that follows them resulted in a messy couch and J&T did some magic. They were easy to schedule with, prompt, and a good value.

J&T deep cleaned my couch and upholstered bed frame. The first thing they did was put on shoe booties so that our floors and rug wouldn't get dirt tracked in (cannot emphasize how important this is). They completed the cleaning so efficiently and was extremely professional. Most importantly, our couch has never been cleaner. It's a great peace of mind to know what we're sitting on and sleeping in has been so well cleaned. I will use them again and highly recommend if you're thinking about it.

I hired J&T because I needed my couch clean after removing a stain. They were very kind, on time, great with communication and did a wonderful job. My couch looks better than when I first ordered it. I look forward to hiring them again!

I needed to get rid of coffee stains on a chair and ottoman that I tried many times to remove but couldn’t. I was in touch with James, who was very flexible with the timing of the appointment. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. It only took 30 minutes for him to clean the chair and ottoman and have them both looking as good as new. Will definitely reach back out anytime I need carpet/upholstery cleaning

James and his team did an amazing job cleaning the *very* dirty carpets of our three-floor office space (including an area where there was plenty of grease stains from bike mechanic work). Mr. James did a excellent job cleaning my L section couch. I felt so bad I was going through home repairs and had to cancel a few times and he still accommodated me. The service was prompt, didn't take long and left my couch clean after all that construction dust. I will be using his services again.
