DC Office Cleaners absolutely saved the day for us. We had only a week’s notice — and it was over a holiday weekend — to clean a 50,000 sq. ft. office space after our move-out, and they didn’t hesitate for a second. They showed up ready to help, and the entire experience felt easy and stress-free.

The place was spotless when they were done. On top of that, they stepped in to remove and dispose of a large piece of furniture that another crew mistakenly left behind. It was incredibly helpful and took a huge weight off our shoulders.

Broomy’s Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! They got tough stains out of my daughter’s room carpet and made it look brand new again. They even worked hard on my elderly father’s room, where the carpet was in terrible condition, and did their very best to bring it back to life.

They explained the importance of letting the carpet dry for 24 hours and avoiding shoes to keep it looking fresh. I also appreciated the helpful tips on maintaining the clean. We are extremely happy with the results and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

working with five star carpet cleaning was a delightful experience. they meticulously cleaned all my carpets, including two large ones, one medium, three hallway carpets, and six smaller ones. asher and his team were careful and punctual when it came to collecting and delivering the carpets, even the large and hefty chinese oriental carpet from the living room. they don't just use machines to clean, but also handwash, successfully removing a stubborn chocolate stain. unlike other services, they don't use products that leave a strong perfumed or soapy odor, their approach is gentle. every carpet they cleaned looks outstanding. i am thrilled, after trying various other carpet cleaners in washington, to have discovered five star carpet cleaning through local recommendations.

five star carpet cleaning did an amazing job on our carpets. erick steam cleaned them and managed to get rid of a sticky silly putty spot that had been there for years. it saved me money since i didn't have to patch that area. he also pointed out that our grout was not the right color. since we weren't the original owners, i had no clue what the original color was. after the cleaning, i was happily surprised to see it matched our walls closely. he uses various tools, including a black light to spot pet urine, ensuring those areas are thoroughly cleaned and deodorized. while it’s not the cheapest option, it’s definitely a lot more affordable than replacing or patching the carpets.
