i am extremely pleased with the results of my carpets today. i couldn't believe how fantastic they turned out. from the very start, luis was so professional and friendly on the phone. he truly understands this business and takes pride in his work. he is thorough and takes the time to explain what to expect and how to keep your carpets looking their best in the future. his assistant miguel is also friendly and hardworking. together, they make an excellent team. i felt very comfortable having them in my home, and they were wonderful with my dog, even joking that she was their new employee. they are genuinely good-natured, honest individuals, and i had no worries about leaving them alone in my home, only to return to what looked like brand new carpets. luis even kindly sent pictures to show how well the cleaning was going. i will definitely use budget empire carpet cleaning again and highly recommend their 100% professional service. plus, you even receive a free bottle of carpet stain remover as a bonus, which is quite generous. two thumbs up and a huge smile from me! thank you for brightening my home!

I first want to say that I appreciate this company’s customer service. I thought my appointment was at 11am when it was really at 8am so the carpet cleaner was waiting on me for about an hour which I appreciate and I wasn’t able to use the service that day because I forgot to get the furniture moved from my bedroom but I paid the cleaner for his time and for his parking and I rescheduled. After finally getting serviced my carpet looked wonderful but after my carpet fully dried all the stains came back which was disappointing because I paid extra for the hard stains to be removed. The day of the cleaning I spilled something on my carpet but wasn’t too worried because the cleaners were about 20 mins away and even that stain came back after the carpet dried and that was a fresh stain.
