He also asked me to check everything to make sure I was happy with the results, and that made a big difference compared to other times when the job felt rushed. Still, I understood the reasoning once it was explained. Before cleaning, the technician didn't vacuum, but I had already taken care of that step the night before, so it wasn't a big deal. Our carpets look much fresher and a lot cleaner now, which is a big improvement considering all the stains from our kids and daily life.
