I would give a zero if possible. Had an appointment for a time between 9-12. No show, called company they said technician was on his way. Called 3 more times then at 3 after multiple calls, received a call back saying they will not be coming. Will be filling a complaint with the BBB and requesting lost wages for staying home from work. Do not use this company.
