From the start, I got a fair price, and Nolan and Robert took the time to look over each area and clearly explain the carpet cleaning process they would use. Nolan even showed me a sample of all the dust and dirt they removed from my carpets, which was really eye-opening. My carpets now look fantastic and have a fresh, clean smell. I also asked them about the best way to dry the carpets, and they gave me clear, helpful advice. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely call them again for future carpet cleaning.
