This apartment was really bad, the cleaners did a great job (I wish I could share before and after pictures). It was like night and day. There were some areas that got missed, but Maids to Mop DMV were great about resending a cleaner to rectify the situation.

I love their online booking system. They are always very timely and professional and do an excellent job! Very easy to communicate with scheduling too.

I used this service for a move-in clean after tenants vacated my property and before I returned to live in it (per instruction, the unit was empty). At first I felt team did a nice job, but when I looked closer there were some remnants like dust on light switches and outlets, and when I wiped a drawer down the cloth came up gray. Honestly not a huge deal — but then I found underwear and a scrunchie in the bathroom, which seriously made me question overall quality. They don’t have a refund policy and instead offer a re-clean within 72 hours but I discovered those items on move-in day and didn’t feel it would be effective with boxes around, so I declined it and re-cleaned myself. If you go with this company, I recommend a walkthrough before moving in, and to check the interiors of drawers, cabinets, and around the bathroom vanity so you or your future tenants don’t have similar surprises.

I requested a deep clean. The came and cleaned my home from top to bottom. They were fast and efficient. I was very pleased. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best! So communicative and thorough.

They did an alright job, but I definitely had to inspect the house afterwards. They had left a few spots on the walls and doors. The insides of the windows also had some gooey residue left over that they hadn't wiped up. There was also garbage left under the bathroom vanity. They also missed the walls in our half bath. I also asked for them to mop the floor in the closets. They also showed up over an hour early, which meant their code didn't work to let them into the house. Overall, I was slightly disappointed in the quality of their work. I won't be hiring them again.

UPDATE: The crew came back later that afternoon to clean what they had missed (e.g. windows, door knobs, sweep out under vanity, etc.). I am updating from three to four stars given their offer to make it right. I feel future clients do need to be aware of the need to check their work. I would not trust that the quality of work would have been sufficient without my presence/review.

The ladies who cleaned my home did an EXCELLENT job! They were so thorough and really went above and beyond. I'm very pleased with the service. We’ve tried other cleaning services in DC, and Maids 2 Mop offers the most extensive services for the lowest price.

The ladies that came to my home did a great job and were very friendly! They were honest upfront about if they could complete my requests in the allotted time (which they did!). They brought all of their own supplies. It was also nice to get notice of when they were on their way. A good experience overall, I would recommend.

Everything was great. They did a really good job this time with the cleaning. I am pleased with the carpets and the baseboards especially. My hardwood floors look good and so does the carpet in my TV room.
