Wanna go wal mart since I miss my favorite wal mart!..

The gardening center is great but has everything except soil. So what's the purpose?
-
I love buying the plants when there in season. They always have a nice selection of succulents. With a reasonable price.

Your typical Home Depot garden center. No real complaints.

I've called three times and been on hold for more than 10 minutes. Although the recorded prompt continually reminded me that my service is valued, I am otherwise convinced.

It was so random, but it made my day. So, I went to this Home Depot to look at paint options and gather some samples for my room and ended up going to the plant and gardening section. I found an adorable small cactus inside a small pot and thought it was great for my room. I asked the Garden Section Manager, Elodwin, for a new pot to which he told me he'd repot it for me. After waiting a little bit, he showed me the best pot for my plant, pot it, soiled it, and added the rocks on top for decor and support. The way customer service I've ever experienced! He was so sweet, very funny, very helpful and knowledgable, and a great worker overall. Essence, one of the cashiers there was super sweet and made sure I was happy the whole time.
Service is about speed, a customer/employee connection, and genuine care; they showed great customer service.
This made my day! Thanks guys! I named the cactus Chad. -
What can you really say about Home Depot. It's Home Depot. The employees here are mostly angry, but I don't blame them because us customers are pretty rude most of the time. It's in a decent location that's easy to get to. Coming out from the parking lot on to Rhode Island avenue is a pain. The light is very quick and only lets 2 cars through (although 5-7 cars end up running the light because of impatience). In the garden section some of the plants look like their on life support, near dead. Prices are to be expected from home depot. They no longer give credit for the water machine bottles, they stopped about 2 months ago.

This Home Depot is starting to actually have good service. A year or two ago you could not find help if you started yourself on fire, but now it is a whole new thing. Staff have worked hard to help me locate items, cut lumber and be friendly.

I wanted to post my experience since the review here are so old. Everyone I interacted with was kind. Multiple people tried to help with my questions, were patient and generous with advice. I wouldn’t describe the employees as overly warm, but they absolutely knew their work and were willing to provide assistance!
