Aung and his partner arrived to my house quickly when I had an emergency plumbing situation where sewage was backing up into my shower through the drain and flooding my bathroom and hallway. They arrived around midnight and were here until 3 am. They worked diligently until they found the source of the clog and eliminated it. Best of all, they did an excellent job cleaning up the horrible sewage that came up through the shower. I couldn’t believe they had cleaned all that up and it was such a relief after such a horrible experience that it wasn’t left for me to deal with as I feel some plumbers may have done. I would call them again in a heartbeat (though I am praying I never have to).

Excellent Customer Service. The team called within 5 mins of my online inquiry and had someone out to my home within 2 hours. Many other companies gave me the run around about what I needed done but they came and quickly saw what needed to be done and got it fixed same day. Earl was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, caring and took time to explain everything he was doing. 10/10

Oleg from Rotor Rooter was great! He explained everything from top to bottom and even was a great liaison with my insurance company. It is rare to find great customer service, Oleg knocked it out the park.

Overpriced and shoddy work led to new issues. Came to replace shower diverter and then the shower started leaking, then the shower started squeaking, and now the walls shake when turning on the shower. Lol i wouldnt use them again

Very pleased from the moment that Cynthia took my call & arranged for a technician to come out, to the arrival of Dai within 2 hrs who w/a helper took care of the problem..to their supervisor Oleg who came out for a follow up visit. All were very polite & knowledgeable & professional.

Howard spent a lot of time fixing our plumbing problem. He didn't quit until he found the backup. He discovered a pipe leak problem and fixed that also. Howard was courteous and on time. That was very much sppreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

Vincente was incredible. We had a plumbing emergency, he showed up fast, addressed the situation, and was extremely transparent about pricing (he could have easily charged us for a more expensive service but let us know he didn’t need to perform it and reduced the price.) He ended up fixing the issue and was a gentleman throughout. Would use Vincente any time.

Go5461 was prompt at coming to our location, saw the issue, and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. Now the system works better than before and we can continue regular service. He kept us updated as the process went on and was very nice.

This company was recommended to us by a colleague. I had a great experience with Earl, our plumbing technician. He provided excellent plumbing service for a draining issue we were having. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was a huge relief. He arrived on time, communicated clearly about the problem, and resolved it efficiently. He was very respectful of our home—wore booties inside and cleaned up after himself. Great experience overall. I highly recommend Earl to anyone looking for a dependable and professional plumber!

I recently had service completed by David at Roto Rooter and felt scammed. The guy David wanted to charge me $1,600 to fix my garbage disposal not replace it, unclog a pipe in my bathroom, and replace a new shower head I had just purchased and needed installed. I had already removed the old shower head myself and just needed to new one put on. When I told him that was too expensive and I looked up the price for these things and realized that I could get these things completed for far less, he dropped the price down to $500. This let me know he was trying to take advantage of me. I used their services before and did not have this problem, due to this incident I will never use their services again.

Vicente was a great technician. Explained what he was doing and how things worked. Installed a sump pump backup system.

Tyrell Chambliss with RotoRooter did a thorough job at my house. He was professional, respectful and made sure that everything was addressed. The sewage was backing up into the house, it was an absolute nightmare. Tyrell was the second Plumber that day to look at the sewage problem.
When snaking the pipes was not solving the issue Tyrell decided to contact the County and explained to them what was going on, the County on-call crew came out within a couple of hours and fixed the sewer drainage problem. As it turns out, it was not a residential issue it was a county issue and the sewage pipe was at the front of the house.
Kudos to Tyrell’s due diligence and perseverance in ensuring the problem was solved In a timely manner

My shower was dripping and needed a new cartridge. We had a hard time finding the water shut off but finally found it. The handle still needs finesse to stop dripping completely which is annoying given this was over $600, but it does stop which is an improvement. For that cost I was hoping to have it working without having to negotiate with the handle still. But I’m giving 5 stars because it was a Sunday evening and the guy put in a good amount of effort just on getting my water shut off and was pleasant the whole time. My main concern was the uncontrolled drip which is fixed

Called roto rooter urgently in a Sunday afternoon and they sent a knowledgeable and experienced plumber that same evening at no additional cost. The plumber, Aung, was great and provided cost saving solutions to my issue. Very happy with roto rooter plumbing!
