Viente was absolutely wonderful! From the moment he arrived, his patience and professionalism were evident, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. He took the time to explain every step of the plumbing repairs he was undertaking, ensuring I understood the issues and the solutions. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work; he not only fixed the clog but also provided valuable advice on how to maintain the system moving forward. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. Without a doubt, he is one of the best plumbers we have ever had.

One thing I learned about Roto-Rooter is that they will over charge you for everything. It stinks because most of the time plumbing issues don't lend themselves to price shopping.

The plumber, Aung, came out for an emergency repair and was able to get a temporary fix completed while awaiting a needed part. He came back the following morning to complete the repair. He identified an issue with the outside pipe and quickly fixed that as well. Both times he came out he clearly communicated the issues, needed repairs, and cost and completed them swiftly. I don't often choose to go with franchise companies because their quality of work may vary and costs may be inflated, however I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness, affordability, and quality of the work that was completed. I would not hesitate from contacting the Roto Rooter again for any plumbing needs based on our experience.

My mother experienced sudden flooding in her lower level bathroom. We were able to shut off the main water valve. We contacted Roto-Rooter and within an hour, Oleg B, field supervisor was on site To inspect the issue. He was able to quickly make an assessment, contact a plumber, who arrived within the hour. In the meantime, he was reassuring professional, and answered all of our questions and filing a claim with our insurance company for the remediation as it was determined, the backup was from the main water/sewer line. Both Oleg and the Plumber were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Within a couple of hours, the initial job was complete completed, and water was restored. Oleg also said he would work with us providing pertinent and technical information to the insurance company claim. He provided his contact information and followed up with us through out the afternoon and evening.

R&G Plumbing came out to repair a burst pipe. They capped the pipes (for about $300), but did not fix it, telling me they'll come back in a few days. They then quoted me over $4000 to finish the job (we found someone else who did a great job for less than $500). Lastly, they damaged some of the siding when they were working and have refused to fix or replace it. Working with them was a horrible experience. I will never use them again.

Edit: In a reply below, the owner is now trying to deny this was his company. This is the correct company. I have the invoice that confirms the phone number for this business.

They came right away and was finished in a hour, reasonable pricing, great service

Hired Paul and his team to replace our water heater. Had a great experience at first, then realized the new water heater he installed was leaking. He came back and did work on it for hours, leak wasn't fixed and he didn't give us any quote for how much it would cost despite us asking several times, then charged us $1200 when he was done. In the process he also replaced our water filter with a different type without telling us how much it would cost - just went ahead and did it. Came back a third time to replace the water heater with a new one and never sent an invoice for any of the work as requested. Unprofessional and would not recommend.

Our landlord uses this company, and unfortunately our experience has been consistently negative. About a month before the water pump completely failed, it began having issues. On four separate occasions, this company promised they would come out to fix it—but each time they were a no-call, no-show. When we followed up, we were told they were “too swamped with the little things,” despite the issue affecting water pressure to half of the second floor.
Prior to the pump fully failing, we had another troubling interaction. The pump shut off and would not turn back on, but by the time a technician arrived, it had restarted on its own. Instead of properly investigating the issue, they accused us of intentionally shutting off the breaker to waste their time and money, which was both unprofessional and inappropriate.
Overall, the lack of reliability, poor communication, and dismissive attitude make it difficult to recommend this company.

These guys are phenomenal! They’re professional, reliable and know their work. All while beating all other overpriced competitors. I was more impressed with the cleanliness(I had multiple plumbing issues) and how they were able to get the job professionally done in the allotted time! I am recommending anyone with plumbing issues to reach out to R&G Plumbing for quality services!
