I had some issues with my kitchen sink last week. I called a few places and they said they would get back to me, but they never did. And then I saw this company on Google and I decided to give them a call.

And I am glad that I did. I talked to Robby and scheduled for the next morning at 830. He was on time, and he texted me when he was an hour away and then 30 min away again.

He had a very professional attitude and he was able to take care of the issue pretty easily. He replaced the flange in no time. And he made sure there was nothing else wrong.

If I have any future plumbing needs, I will be calling Robby again. He made sure to explain everything he was going to do and was up front with the cost of the repair.

I will also definitely be recommending this company to people I know. Its not easy finding a good plumbing company, so when you do, it's good to have their info.

Anthony was a great technician, describing clearly all my options. He repaired both my kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet in a timely manner and at the agreed upon price. A+++

Called for same day service and within a few hours, a plumber arrived to my home. He explained how their estimates are tallied based on what needs to be fixed and what parts are required. The bathroom sink drain was leaking due to corrosion and new pipes were installed. It was a little pricey but in the end the leak was resolved. They guarantee the work for a year. The plumber, Anthony was polite, respectful and a true professional. I would call them for service, if needed again.

They come out fast and the work is quality but expect to pay at least double what a regular outfit would charge. They don’t charge by the hour, they charge by the project using some weird black box formula. I would only use them again if I was desperate.

The repair person Travon Alfred was excellent very knowledgeable and pleasant and made sure I understood everything that need to be done I would like for him to be on the team for my annual maintenance plan

Jeremy, Aidan and his crew did a great job dealing with our plumbing issues. Was big complex job but they got it all fixed and saved us from our plumbing nightmares!

Mr. R. Alfred and his supervisor(who was on the phone) were great. The problem seems to be that the company, Magnolia, does not seem to work on my kind of unit. So the unit still does not work. And now I have to pay to find Magnolia can not fix the unit.

Needed an HVAC repair. They were able to get me in early from a waitlist. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and completed the repair.

Steve was very courteous and professional. He provided a diagnosis that was very reasonable in price. I will definitely call them again!

I tried scheduling a repair during my building's monthly water shut off. I booked them and they offered to come between 10 Am and 1 (the shut off is until 1 PM) so this was perfect. Less than 8 hrs before they called to say they could only make it between noon and 3, to which I replied this would only work if they came before 1 pm and that i needed to leave by 1:30 pm. At 11 Am the morning of, they called in to say they could not make it until after 4 pm. of course by then it was impossible to get someone here in time so now I need to wait for a month for the next shut off to fix this issue. Would strongly not recommend this company, made me miss half a day off work for nothing.

Technician Nelson Jovel provided outstanding service. His work was thorough and meticulously done. He checked everything and snaked the kitchen sink that had a terrible backup. He explained all pricing in advance of doing the job, explained everything, and explained the path forward if additional work becomes necessary. He ran the water for 15 minutes after completing the work to make sure the sink was draining properly. He provided outstanding professional service. This was an excellent experience with Magnolia Plumbing.

Anthony came out to investigate the issue we had with our double kitchen sink drain blockage. He was highly professional and thorough. Anthony explained everything he would be doing and possible next steps if snaking the drain did not resolve the issue. After snaking the kitchen sink drain multiple times, he cleared the blockage. He did a great job cleaning up after himself!!! I will continue using Magnolia Plumbing in the future and highly recommend their services.

I had the same kitchen sink drain cleared a year ago and believe it is not clogged from my apartment. I am very careful and do not put anything, including grease, into the drain. I will talk with your plumber to see where the problem was. I think it is a farther down problem in the building pipes and will talk with building manager.

Technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and patient experts in the field of HVAC inspection. I could not have asked for better service. I would have no problems with using them again in the future.

Marcus spent a lot of time working on my unit and he explained everything really well. I hope he can connect with Climate Master to get the code for fixing my heat. I’ve been without heat for five days and am relying on a space heater. I hope Marcus can return early tomorrow to complete the repair.

Setting up a visit for lack of functioning heat in winter was a chore. I was rescheduled on, and then the technician failed to show at the re-appointed time window. Having a proactive call center would have perhaps helped (i.e. notice to the customer that a technician will not make it to the home).

The gentleman/ service person provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to address all my questions. I truly appreciate their dedication and the positive experience they delivered.

The job was really bad, the person that came to my house broke the tiles in the shower wall and just added lots of caulk to patch a botched work. Some tiles are warped and I fear there will be a leak. You all need to fix this. He also left a big wall hole on the other side of the wall. Really bad work and $$$. I want Magnolia to respond and fix this.
