I had a leak in my kitchen faucet. This plumber did not show up to our original appointment time. Then quoted me $720💀💀 to replace the faucet, but he’d knock off $100 for missing our first appointment time.

Actual cost to fix: $50 for an overnight shipped faucet, $16 for a basin wrench, a free 12 minute YouTube video, and an hour of my time. I have no experience plumbing whatsoever.

If you’re going to try and price gouge that much at least show up on time.

Extremely Rude. Broke appointment twice then called like nothing happened and I was a new customer. Work is terrible and they are rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend!!!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

Those guys are real professionals and they do their job perfectly. Evertime I call them they get to my place right away and fix all my plumbing, heating, and cooling issues.

“Ruth Plumbing did a great job on my big messy urgent plumbing and new fixtures installation. Based on that professionalism, I had to call again to help me on a heater repair in 1 DCPS (Kramer Middle School) and 1 Recreational Center in DC (Rosedale Rec. Center). Ephraim was prompt, reasonable on his quotes and cleaned up after completion.
