$1300 down the drain. He left the country midway through a job and didn't come back for a month! I paid by check, so my money was long gone by the time I realized their was only a trickle of water to bath under. I paid all that money and my children can't even take a bath in a tub full of water, because of his shotty work. Huge disappointment. A total fail.

I get mad every time i take a shower or wash the dishes because I spent all that money, and for what!

The plumber sent to our home was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. I was very happy with the service he provided, would not change a thing.

Have used them twice for HVAC service. They answered my call promptly and were at my property within hours. They are very reasonably priced and perform quality work. My HVAC was back to normal within hours.

Great experience! Efram came to fix our dripping shower and bathroom faucet. Also, our water knob/handle did not have that point where it stops turning.... meaning we could rotate the handle all the way around to find the water shut off point and then keep turing past that point. We had this issue looked at by another plumber a year ago and they only added an extra couple washers to stop the leak but it recently started leaking again. Efram was early to our appointment and professional throughout. The job entailed cutting and welding pipes and also cutting into the wall to enlarge our water access panel to reach the pipes. He did all the work and then put together the new, larger panel. Our last plumber told us we would need to do that ourselves. The work was done well and to completion. Also, for several hours of work his price was very resonable. We will definitely be having him come for future fixes and refering him to our neighbors.

He's worked on my home a few times. Every time the staff was on time, professional and did outstanding work. From leaky pipes to new toilets and washer machine/Dryer installation. Reasonable prices.

I hired Ruth Plumbing to remove a small radiator heater under the kitchen sink and cap it off to allow us to restore the floor below the sink. The company quoted me a price that did not change, arrived on time and provided excellent service. I was pleased with the service and am so glad I chose this company. I highly recommend Ruth Plumbing to any that needs plumbing services.

Do not use this company. He was more than two hours late for an appointment. I am a property manager and a realtor. I used this company to assist with water pressure from one of my units. he turned the hot water off of one of my units to relieve the pressure said that it might work. Charge me $64 and my residence still does not have hot water. Do not use this company. They are a rip-off.

Ephrem is a very good plumber. He is very responsible and knowledgeable person. His prices are very reasonable and he is doing a great job with in the agreed time frame. I personally recommend his services.

They saved me from serious damage. At 7pm on a Sunday night, they were the only company available to help me with a leaking water heater. Maybe it was fate because they came through. Ephrem arrived about 20 minutes after I called...thank goodness. Ephrem was so pleasant to speak with and was very patient with me (I was panicked...I thought my living room was going to turn into a swimming pool). He shut the hot water off and came back the next day to replace the water heater. The technicians were considerate of my time and my personal belongings. They ensured they cleaned up behind themselves and took the time to explain the work they performed. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Friday night. Called Ruth Plumbing. E was very responsive and came first thing the next morning. He called ahead to ask for the model so he could pick up parts he thought he might need in advance (refreshing approach). Air conditioner now works and price appeared reasonable.

I had an issue I couldn't fix on my own with all three valves in my three shower handles. I contacted a few other companies first and they either ignored my requests outright, demanded way too much money or said they weren't interested in the job. I regret not calling Ruth Plumbing first. Ephrem Mekonen responded to me immediately and came to my house within hours. He was polite, professional, courteous, efficient and very reasonably priced. He also voluntarily cleaned up after himself, a rarity these days. I hope I don't ever need a plumber again but if I do I'm going to call Ruth.

They are very professional. You can tell that they are expert at the job. They (Teddy) did an awesome job replacing my kitchen forcet, leaking bathroom pipes and replacing some pipes parts outside the house. Recently, I had two issues, one with A/C unit and another with electric breaker keep tripping. Both times Ruth plumbing, heating and cooling did fast and courteous service. The service was professionally completed in a timely manner. Moreover, the guy is a man of his words, on time and knows what his doing. Strongly recommended to any one.

I had a toilet stoppage the night before and contacted AHS and they were not able to get someone to help. So I reached out to Ruth Plumbing and they gave me an initial quote and timeline. They came within the timeline, and very polite. They were very quick and out of here in no more than fifteen minutes. They were very reasonable for the job they did 5 stars and technician 5 stars.
