Not a good place for truck drivers to make delivery unless you are on day cab. avoid it if you are on sleeper and 53ft Trailer.

you have to blind side off the road then blind into there dock I would get to this place the night before around 8:00 pm that's my advice to my fellow driver's driving a sleeper cab with a 53 foot trailer p.s the street is real busy in the morning and the parking lot starts getting full around 6:18 am

Under staffed. One person working the coner???. People treat the place as a social club watching TV and and talk football so it takes 30 min to get through the line. Is that a way to do business?

After searching over 3-4 stores, my 1st visit to Ferguson I found EXACTLY what I'd been looking for (and a little more) for a great price, might I add!!!

One of the better Ferguson's in the area, in my experience. Staff are pretty helpful and they usually have what I'm looking for. The one thing they don't carry that is important is 20' lengths of pipe. So may not always be the best choice if you're on a big commercial job working with cast iron.

Rude staff, after calling to see if they had the part I needed, oh yeah we have that! Get here, no we don't have anything like that. Then rude under their breath comment. Only relieved 2 stars because one guy acted like he was trying to help.

After a stop in Home Despot and Lowzzz (both wastes of time) and a visit into Annie's Ace (usually solves the problem but not today) I stuck my nose in here to see if they help "regular" folks.

They do. I was in and out in under a minute with the part to fix my three-day-old problem.

Went in and the clerk directed me to the aisle that I needed. While standing there another customer came up and saw what I was looking for but directed me to more modern parts. Gave me some tips and I was in business. I went to the counter and the clerk gave me the last parts I needed and verified with my old set that the new stuff would fit. I highly recommend them as they have helpful knowledgeable staff and the customers are friendly and helpful also.

went to make a warranty claim for a water heater. I had to wait for one hour the person in charge of doing it that duty because the others who were there said it was not their responsibility to fo that task and they are not that friendly.i went DC ferguson customer service is very poor

Home Depot had limited Moen stock (as usual ) & told us to go to Ferguson, who were meant to be a specialist plumber. Their selection was worse the HD...

BEST Plumbing business in Bladensburg Md. For plumbing parts and anything that you actually "NEED" someone knowledgeable , about plumbing repairs ! Outstanding prices and well informed STAFF ! It's my "go-to" store when DIY stores fall short !😖

We had a great experience with District Capitol Services. They came to replace our boiler and were happy to answer questions, friendly and knowledgeable. They even kindly came back to our place when a totally separate issue popped up right after they left- we were very appreciative! All for a very reasonable price as well.

We had a pipe burst during a winter storm and Donzelle made it out the next day in snow to get our water back on. A real lifesaver.
