Mr. Hamilton is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was the only
plumber who could actually fix my problem. Not only did he explain the problem and the solution, he walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his business in the future. He has all the equipment you will need to fix something. After not having water in my house for days due to a bathroom clog, he saved the day!

They serviced my 95yr old Grandmother's home after her main pipe burst. Not only did they give me a fare estimate, they were able to answer all my questions and ease my mind as I was concerned and never been in this situation before. They told me the work would take 3 days, but the pipe was replaced and finished the same day they started. They arrived when they said they would and called/text in advance to say they were on the way. Not to mention when they came to refill the hole after replacing the pipe, they pulled some weeds and edged up her walkway. I could not ask for anything more and Granny is more happy about that weed pulling then she is about having water.

Called ready to replace my water heater after months of issues. Donzelle talked me through possible causes and alternative solutions for my issue. Not sure yet if his suggestion will fix it, but I appreciate the honesty and integrity to help me find a cheaper less invasive fix before resort to the extreme option.

Will definitely be calling him for future projects. Even if his suggestion doesn’t fix my current issue at least I trust he won’t just try to sell something I don’t need.

I didn’t catch the technician’s name, but the service he provided was outstanding. We contacted District Capital Services thinking we had accidentally screwed into a standard water pipe while installing custom cabinets. Upon arrival, the technician discovered it was actually a fire sprinkler pipe—something outside their typical scope of work and usually requiring a specialist. Still, he went above and beyond by safely depressurizing the system and draining the line to stop the leak. I truly appreciate his professionalism and quick thinking. Thank you for the excellent service!

Donzelle and his staff were responsive, polite, and efficient! They were able to come out on a short turnaround and quickly solved a dishwasher drain issue. I especially appreciated that Donzelle was also willing to provide initial advice based on a photo, helping me to identify the correct valve to shut off water flow to my appliance.

Just before I had to fly out, my sink clogged and I needed it fixed the same day. Most places couldn’t accommodate me or made me fill out forms just to wait around for a response. If you need a no BS, quick, reliable fix, I highly recommend this group. Our water heater broke in this cold weather and when I called that evening, they came next day and got everything fixed and up to code in just a few hours. The pricing was straightforward and fair unlike these other big name companies like FH Furr who try to take advantage of your situation by bleeding you price wise, also upselling you on things that aren't necessary and saying they are. HIGHLY recommend District Capital Services for all your plumbing needs, we will be using them again.

My toilet sprung a huge leak on a Saturday and drenched the floor. DCS responded quickly to my call and had the issue fixed fast. The price was very reasonable for an emergency call, and the technician was super calm and kind.

I would give them 15 stars if I could! Wow! They came through for me in an emergency during a weekend evening and diagnosed/fixed my problem accurately and efficiently. Their attention to detail is top-notch, as they found a cleanout access point to snake my drain that multiple prior plumbers missed. The two technicians also offered exceptional customer service and were all around great people to work with throughout. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly.
