I call district capital service for a last minute pipe bust they responded and was very professional and knowledgeable of all my service need they came out same Day and was able to get the plumbing done on the same day even work over there business hours just to make sure the problem was done correctly very friendly respectful and uplifting in a very difficult situation they made me and my family feel at ease would recommend there service to anyone

We are well pleased again of the professional services performed by Donzell of District Capital Services. Donzell rendered services at our home last week to replace a shower faucet cartridge, and we reached out to him again for servicing our gas line repipe for our stove. He came out today to do so. Before he came, we sent him photos of our stove and gas line and explained to him what we wanted to be done. And just by him looking at the photos, he did what we were hoping. He took care of the matter within an hour. His professionalism, patience, and expertise are simply Awesome! Would give 0 stars if I could. Set up an appointment with them over the phone where they assured me they could meet me on a certain date in the morning. Later that week they were super slow to respond to confirm and let me know when to expect them. Then finally the day before the planned service they said they would show up sometime from 11-3 which did not align with what was discussed when the appointment was made. I then adjusted my schedule to be available when they said they would come and then they did not show up, did not respond to texts and finally let me know they weren’t coming an hour after the end of the window of time they gave. They didn’t offer any solutions or help to find someone who could fix it or even offer a new time to come by. I would not recommend this company and be wary of engaging them for any business whatsoever.

Derrick and Aaron did an excellent job. They were on time, prompt, fast, and professional and clearly communicated the issues and worked hard to fix them. Also answered all my questions before and during the install and got everything working like new again! Thank you!

We called Donzelle to get an estimate on some plumbing work on our home. We are so happy we did. Donzelle beat another plumbing company’s estimate, and also provided exceptional service. He is definitely an experienced plumber and we are very happy with the quality of his work. After he finished, we asked him to take a look at the water pressure in an upstairs bathroom. My husband and I were expecting it to be a massive costly repair. Donzelle literally pulled a wrench out of his pocket and fixed it in less than 10 min. We highly recommend him and his team. They’re great. We’ll definitely be using him again for future projects.

Derrick was always prompt and professional. Did excellent work and didn’t charge extra when I missed the fact I needed faucet supply lines to replace the kitchen faucet. I would highly recommend. Payment was easy via Apple Pay and scheduling was just as easy.

Donzelle was knowledgeable and easy to work with. It took some time for us to figure out my plumbing (there’s a T split instead of a Y at a critical junction), but once we did, Donzelle was able to locate the blockage via camera, clear it with a snake, and then verify with the camera again.
