I manage an apartment complex and we experienced a gas leak emergency around 9:00 PM. I searched everywhere and came across District Capital Services LLC, and I’m so glad I did.

From the moment I reached out, the service was top-tier. I sent pictures, and they immediately knew exactly what the issue was. Even though they couldn’t get to me instantly, I received a call right away letting me know someone would contact me as soon as their current job was finished and they kept their word.

Darien came out, handled the situation professionally, efficiently, and confidently and boom, we were back up and running. We had 90 residents without hot water, and although the situation wasn’t originally their responsibility, they made us a priority anyway.

That level of customer service, care, and urgency is rare.

Incredibly professional and communicative. Addressed my toilet repair issue quickly. Will be using them in the future should any issues arise. Highly recommend. I paid higher than the usual amount given the snow storm and these being emergency hours but I found their pricing to be reasonable.

Fantastic work. Replacing my faucet was not easy because my vanity was small and the lines were not accessible but the plumber was very patient about it. Even if it took him more hours than necessary, he didn’t leave without finishing the job. It was also much cheaper than other services—I gave a tip to make up for the time. And he gave me some tips on how to ensure my pipes don’t freeze when I’m away for weeks. I would use this company again.

Donzelle and his colleague arrived on time, they did the job efficiently and for their estimated price (I had sent photos of the problem). They were very nice, and cleaned up properly. They even took off their shoes without me having to ask! I will certainly call them again.

Great service!! We went through our home warranty and we're so glad that they sent someone from Haynes plumbing to fix our problem..
First off we received a time block of 8a.m to 12p.m. To our pleasure the Haynes plumbing specialist showed up around 9a.m. when he arrived we informed him that not only the toilet in the basement that we had originally called in about needed to be fixed but over the weekend a pipe in the upstairs bathroom had a problem. He took on both issues with no problem he was very helpful he fixed both the basement and the upstairs pipe in the bathrooms.He was very helpful and patient through the process. If we have any other plumbing issues we will definitely give Haynes plumbing a call and we suggest you do too!

HomeServe connected us with them, and they sent a plumber out within a couple hours. He explained the problem and fixed the leaking pipe. We’ve had no further problems.

Avoid doing business with these folks. Absolute price gouging for a simple plumbing fix. Quoted 400-600 to snake my kitchen drain, I called my usual guy who then quoted 275.

They were absolutely pros. After a few other plumbers who could not diagnose an issue, the Haynes team showed up and figured it out on the first try. Great work.

The technician came on time and identified the problem. He made the repair and cleaned behind himself all done on a timely fashion. If this is what makes you happy then call these guys.
