Haynes Plunbing technicians were fantastic! On September 3rd , my basement was flooding from sewage water coming up from my toilet and shower stall. Haynes technician came to my rescue and resolved the issue promptly and professionally. As of today, we have not had any more issues. I highly recommend Haynes plumbing service!

Plumbing company was clean, professional and concise. No hassles or problems. My sump pump was old and in dis-repair. I live waterfront on the river and winds and rain are both a challenge. Sump pump works beautifully. Would use them over and over again. !!!

I appreciate Haynes plumbing they came out. They was prompt. They called before they came. They looked at the problem I had. They told me what was wrong. They explained step-by-step. What they were going to do. He did it. He solved the problem and they were very professional.

Very professional company - for all of my interactions with them. The plumber communicated prior to and during each visit (he came to assess and then had to return to make the repair). The representatives I spoke to on the phone for scheduling and follow-up were also professional and pleasant.

I’ve had an excellent experience with this company. The first technician who came out tried to fix the issue, but it wasn’t successful. As soon as I contacted the company, they immediately reassigned the job to another worker. He came out the very next day, fixed the problem, and even took the extra step of sitting in the car afterward to make sure everything was working properly. It’s been a couple of months since the repair, and I haven’t had any issues since. I’m very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

This gentleman that came to my house to complete the jobs on multiple things.. He was very understanding very pleasant.He also did a outstanding job of cleaning up behind himself. I was not feeling my best this day.
And he did everything he could to not make too much noise.That put a smile on my face. I had this gentleman before and he does great work.
And he does not beat around the bush.
That's what I like about people who come to do work and not trying to get over. This company always keep me in the loophole. Regarding my appointment or anything that change. The company reach out to you by phone and they text you to make sure you all stay connected. If you are looking for a great company to do work in your home I recommend this company. One more thing by looking at the whole list. I never knew that one company can do so much.

I called Haynes Plumbing on 9/5 for a blocked Toilet. Their staff eventaully came. Ran the snake in the toilet and at 30 feet hit the resistance and immediately opened it and said all good and left. The water had overfloan and the bathroom was a miss. I had been using the other bathroom for couple of days becuae of it. Their staff was in a hurry to finish the job. He received a phone call from a woman asking him when he will be home and he was communicating with her that he would be done soon. He was in a hurry to leave and did not open the resistance fuliy or did nit double check to make sure.
On the First Sunday on the 14th I had available to myself I went to clean the bathroom so I that could start using it again. And soon I noticed the blockage again. I had flushed the bathroom likey once a day since then but had not noticed much. The water takes time to back up from 30 feet.
I called them back on same day Sunday 14th at least 5 times (supposed to be 24 hr service) and they came the next day, performed the exact same thing. Hit the resistance at exactly 30 feed again and opened it.
They charged me $700 to do the job the first time and $400 to do it again.
I told the technician that I would leave a fair but obvioulsy critical review of had transpired, and that it was obvious to me that the first time the job was not done satisfactory. As the blcokage was a short time later and exact at the same 30 feet.
The next day I got a call from someone in their management . Asking me about the events. I told him what had happened and the fact that the job was not done correctly and that the technician was in a hurry to leave the first time. . I told him that I should get refunded because it was their fault.
The answer that I got from them was: " well the technician will likley be fired ". which basically he was in they agreed with my assessment that the job was not done correctly and in haste.
This is a clear case of negligence both perfoming the job and not owning up to the quality of work and making the customer pay for their mistakes.
I told them that I did not feel that I should have to pay for the second time and I should be refunded.
He said that he would look into the the matter. I never heard from them again.
I would stay away from this company for the reasons above.
Consumers be aware they will make you PAY for their mistakes.

The plumber and his partner were extremely professional and very patient with me when I asked questions they were very thorough and broke down specific details about the process. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family and definitely use Haynes plumbing again job well done guys .👏
