Scottie has been providing HVAC services for my family for many years. He's professional and responsive, and we can always count on him to do a great job. He's serviced our gas furnaces and air conditioner for years, as well as replacing a hot water heater and installing a heat pump system. They have all been expertly installed for a reasonable price, and with a clean workspace afterwards.

Had Scotty install a capacitor. Did an efficient honest job. Always appreciate his honesty and knowledge.

Scottie was so great. He's honest, willing to explain the parts if you're interested, & he is responsive. We are very happy with the service he provided, & will definitely be using him again for any future HVAC needs. 5 stars all around!

Scottie has been servicing our HVAC needs for nearly 20 years, in multiple houses. We no longer live in MD but still own a home there and Scottie is still faithfully, efficiently, and effectively taking care of the HVAC system. We had a great experience with Scottie’s Air Conditioning and Heating Company. Our AC went out on a hot Thursday in July. Scottie came out quickly, and was very knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. He provided me with options to address the issue efficiently and gave me his expert opinion and advice. He went beyond my expectations by removing and replacing the HVAC unit all in one day and on a Saturday. The whole process was smooth, from scheduling to completion, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely use them again for any future HVAC needs.

I highly recommend Scottie’s for your HVAC services! We were having problems with airflow in our upstairs vents. We had another company come out to service it and after 4 visits they were not able to resolve the issue. I called Scottie’s and he showed up within a day of me calling and resolved the issue in a little over an hour!! He was prompt, professional and explained everything to me so that I am now a better informed consumer! Highly recommended!

I had a contractor of bge to install a new
thermostat. They burnt up my transformer.2 technician and still couldn't figure out the problem,so i called Scotties air conditioning and heating. It was mid winter and very cold out ,Scottie came out within 1 hr.he had it figured out and up and running within 30 minutes. Very happy and pleased

The technicians that installed my air conditioner and furnace were very efficient, knowledgeable, patient with my continuous questions, and affable.
I appreciate how respectful they were to me and my property. They left everything as they found it when they cleaned up.

My technicians, Shawn and Brian were excellent troubleshooting my HVAC unit and repairing the unit explaining as they went along I am thoroughly happy with their service. I would Recommend the services of A plus.

The AC service I received today was wonderful. But technicians listening to my issues and concerns and pinpointed the issue within 5 minutes. Through their trusted service I signed up for the annual maintenance program.

His expertise as an electrician was certainly much appreciated. He explained (in detail) each aspect of my project which helped me better access the scope of this project. It's rare to find an electrician with such a wealth of knowledge who can explain a very sizable project in a manner that can be understood by a layperson.

Anthony and Brian were great technicians and experienced in explaining in layman’s terms the inner workings of furnace.

I received great customer service from my technician, Omar Brooks today. He was very knowledgeable and was able to detect and fix my A/C unit. He explained everything and showed me exactly what the problem was and showed me everything he had done once he completed the work. Thank you, Omar!

I had Dwayne and Daryle replace my broken furnace and AC unit. They were both very professional and even informed me of other things around the house that might need being looked into.

Robert Walton with APLUs is the absolute best. He performed service on my sump pump today and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I truly appreciated his taking the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing along the way. The overall service and interaction was excellent! I recommend asking for him by name, because I definitely will !!

I was scheduled to have my service yesterday from 4PM-8PM, nobody showed up. Then the guy called me around 9:25PM and said that he was working in D.C and apologized for it. Then told me he would check in tomorrow for a reschedule. It's still early so I may change my review, but as of right now I don't have a good first impression. It's hot upstairs where I work, even with the AC and I was hoping to at least get a diagnosis yesterday. I'm sure this business is great, but my first impression is not so great as of right now. I'm open to changing this review, but this is how I feel right now.
