The service men that replaced my AC/HVAC was so professional and very conscious about cleanliness and health they made me so comfortable with their service. I think this is the best experience I have ever had with someone coming to my home and repairing/replacing ANY item!!! I would highly recommend this company a 1000 times over!!! This company is great in its customer service, installers, pricing, timeliness, etc. Usually companies give you a wide range of appointment times but they came early in the morning and didn’t stop until the install was done in the highest temperature outside and every time I called the phone was answered and they stayed in constant contact with me with call backs - rated top 🔝 in my book!!!! 💯

After having a terrible experience with a previous company provided by my warranty company, I was extremely pleased with the service that Gene provided! We have not had air conditioning for over a week and while we will have to wait a bit longer to get it back up and running, we appreciated being provided with options moving forward. I appreciated being walked through what was needed and what choices I have. Thank you!

My home warranty company sent me H and J Heating, and the experience was enjoyable. Eugene was very knowledgeable and explained what he was replacing and why. He was also very friendly, and I enjoyed his conversation. He also showed me a simple maintenance technique for my furnace.

I had problems with my furnace and H&J was recommended. They sent out mike the first tech who was polite and very knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering questions. He assessed the problem and said it would take one more day and I had to order fuel. He made sure my wife and I had heat for the night. The next day after getting fuel the second tech Gene came out and finished the furnace. Both techs were great and I will always use H&J from now on. H&J is fast efficient, on time and a great company to do business with.

Eugene came to fix our system. The part was not with him. However, he had a cancelation and came back with the part so we didn't have to reschedule! We were gone when he came back so he called to check in with us and let us know he finished it! Tremendous customer service and professionalism! Kudos!

Awesome customer service. Within 30 minutes of me making a service request via AHS, H and J called to schedule my appointment for the next day. Thankfully Mr. Gene called an hour later to advise he was in my area and offered to troubleshoot my AC unit the same day. Gene is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician. He had diagnosed and fixed my AC unit within 30 minutes. Gene also took the time to give me a detailed explanation of what the problems were, how he fixed them, and recommended routine maintenance. Thanks again Gene for fixing my AC a day early and properly wearing your PPE.

Called at 0800 with a broken AC and they were able to get out and repair same day. Eugene was friendly and great to work with. He explained everything to the tenant at the house and called and walked me through everything. Repair was quick and reasonably priced. I look forward to using them in the future.

The gentleman Gene was very kind and well astute in his craft. I had another company come to assess my unit and was told that I needed to replace the entire system (AC and Furnace). However, when Gene assessed the unit, he found that not to be true and replaced one part that I needed and the unit began to run with cool air flowing nicely. Eugene just installed a new heating/cooling system for my home. He was very professional and took the time to explain what was going on. My new unit was very reasonably priced and installed very quickly (on short notice). In speaking with Eugene, you can tell he knows his stuff and wants a happy customer! Wonderful service. Gene came out before his scheduled appointment to take care of an AC problem we were having in 90+ degree heat. Beginning with customer service, the timeliness, the sincere professionalism, and the diagnostics were commendable. H&J went above and beyond what was expected. I am thrilled with the service I received from H and J Air. Eugene was my technician and he was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. First of all he came to my house with his mask on. I appreciate his safety procedures for both him and I. Then when I described the problem I was experiencing with my air conditioning. He knew immediately what to do. No second guessing at all . This company is a disaster to work with. We were only referred to them because our home warranty sent them out. They have been out twice now, this will be the 3rd time if we can get them scheduled. The second time it was 4 days before they could fix our broken AC. On their site they offer a 24h emergency service but when you call it says we are calling after business hours, so there is no 24h service offered by them. We are working on getting an appointment with them telling us to go through our home warranty to get an appointment when they told us we have 30 day warranty within the time frame of them coming out. All of this during a heat wave, luckily it's much cooler than the weekend temps. It's just a complete run around with them, with no fix in sight. So disappointed with the service.

Eugene saved the day! We were told by another company that we needed our compressor replaced, along with other assessed charges. We decided to get a second opinion. Eugene came and was very knowledgeable about our heating system. He was able to quickly resolve the issue we were having and explained how to best utilize our heating system for maximum efficiency. So, H&J was recommended through AHS. They did the tune-up and found an issue. I will admit that you cannot beat their prices. Did have multiple scheduling issues because of weather but my unit got fixed and the tech, Eugune was polite and professional. I will use them again if I have any more AC issues.

We had a great experience with Scotties Air Conditioning and Heating. Scottie arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment and communicated clearly every step of the way. It was obvious right away that he is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in his work.
