Gene from H & J was very efficient in figuring out the problem with my AC unit, going to get the part, and then fixing all within a short time. Very professional, explained everything step by step. I was happy with the service that I received.

HNJ service technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He fully explained my options as well as his view of the pros and cons for each. He was courteous and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations.

I am really satisfied with the service received from H and J Heating and Air. The technician Eugene was following the COVID 19 guidelines and was very professional. He listened to all my HVAC issues (3 different symptoms at the time) and took his time to diagnose and find what was wrong with my system. 100% recommended.

Gene was professional and very knowledgeable! Although we got bad news, he made the process go down easy. I learned some things regarding our a/c unit. He even had on a mask and shoe covers! I appreciate the information he provided and look forward to using their services should another issue arise.

H and J did a GREAT JOB on all of our heating and cooling needs! We were rehabbing a house that was vacant for several years that had several issues. They were prompt, professional and delivered high quality work - not to mention very fairly priced.

H and J is a honest company that doesn't overcharge, like a lot of HVAC companies do. Since they did a great job for us, as more needs came up throughout the project, we always turned to H and J, and I highly recommend you do the same. These guys are great. H&J Heating has been too my rescue twice for two separate systems. I had a company I used for years each time tell me that I need to by or lease a new system from them and that they didn’t have any Freon. So now H&J will have my business from now. I am very satisfied.

04/20/21 This is the 3rd time I have used this company. The technician that came out today was professional and knowledgeable in the service performed. I would highly recommend H and J Heating and Air to anyone.

Mike from H and J diagnosed the problem right away and got my heat back working in no time, he was awesome! This company is very tech savvy and responsive, I had an appointment in less than 24 hours and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend!

Very professional company. Our heater went out so we called in for a repair and H and J Heating and Air sent out a repairman the next day to fix our heater. The repairman had his mask on which made me feel safe and was very detailed in his work. I would highly recommend!

I have absolutely loved working with H and J! They were very responsive, highly professional, and very kind. When weather and holidays delayed my install, the owner came to my house in person to make sure I was set up to use my old systems and he made it clear that if I wasnt, he would bend over backwards to get the new ones installed on a holiday. I will absolutely be switching from my current HVAC company to H and J for all of my future maintenance and repair needs!!!!!

I hope no one ever experiences losing the cool and comfort of their AC in these hot and humid days, but if you do, H and J will get you straight! Gene quickly found the problem and quickly fixed the problem, and we were back to being cool in no time. So grateful, thank you! Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Called my home warranty and they set me up with this company. I was told I had an all day appointment for the next day which would be Saturday. I called H and J and left a message, I got a response within an hour and was asked if they could stop by the same day (Friday Jan 1st). I must say I was impressed! Needless to say Eugene got my heat up and running in less then 30 mins! With the temperatures outside steadily droppping I sure do appreciate them coming out and getting my family some heat! I definetly recommend this company for fast and dependable service! :)

Eugene was awesome!! He is very timely and friendly! He definitely deserves kudo. He called early because he was able to come to my house earlier than scheduled. He solved our A/C issue and now we ready for the summer heat!! I will recommend H and J heating and air to my family and friends!!

The technicians were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about our issue....repaired our upstairs furnace, which required some minor construction. They cleaned up the entire area and our AC is working perfectly. Extremely happy with the entire situation. Also, the employees at the office were excellent in answering questions and scheduling our appointment.

Twice we failed to be available with scheduled appointments due to our fault in communication. HNJ still came out without a problem. Before Gene even looked he knew the problem based on how things sounded. He fixed it immediately and now the HVAC unit runs like a charm. Very knowledgeable, professional and understanding.

The company and service techs are very responsive and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explain the system and answer all my questions, and I ask A LOT of questions! Gene never leaves without telling me to call him if I have any questions or problems. I feel that he really cares.

I filed a claim with my home warranty insurance company Sunday evening and called H and J the following morning. They showed up within an HOUR of me calling and got our air fixed quickly!! This is the second time we’ve worked with them in the past six months and not only are they friendly, they’re very responsive and quick! I recommend this company and will continue to use them as needed. Thank you!

What a nightmare!  H and J Heating and Air came by our home to fix our AC Unit and what a disaster!  They released a bunch of freon from our AC Unit and determined that we need another compressor for the unit.  The tech released too much freon, which causes the AC to not cool our house.

Unfortunately temperatures have been really high (feels like 102 to 105 degrees).  We are living in a hot house right now.  I tried to reach out to H and J Heating and Air several times on different days and no one answers the telephone or returns calls or emails.  No Work Order has been submitted to the home warranty company, American Home Shield as of yet in order for a compressor to be ordered and have freon added to the AC unit.

How unprofessional!  In the meantime we sit in a hot house.  The tech from H and J Heating and Air just made the AC situation worse.

Eugene came the next day after scheduling my appointment and fixed our AC issue within minutes. After almost 2 days with no AC in 105 degree weather, we were so appreciative! On time, fast resolution, definitely recommend!!

Mike was very professional and able to resolve the heating issues we had with our furnace. He recommended replacing the furnace but AHS Home Warranty would only replace parts, which took a week to be received, and then another week to schedule the repair service after the heat exchanger was received. 2 weeks without heat is not ideal, and could have been shorter if appointment was scheduled for when the part was received.

Eugene arrived in a very timely manner and corrected the problem almost immediately. H and J as a company took time to contact me and make sure to set the appointment when it was convenient for me. I will definitely call them for any of my heating or air needs!!
