Alfredo was simply outstanding. He called before his arrival to let me know he would arriving shortly. He was quite friendly, very professional, and quite knowledgeable. He first listened to my concerns, explained the process, and went to work. He gave me a printout of his findings and made sure I understood everything, as well as his suggestions. He checked both my heating and air conditioning systems. A job well done!! 😃

First time service from this company was excellent! From phone conversation with Miss Lindsey, to the expertise of Mr. Alfredo throughly checking the AC and Furnace, very pleasant and professional. So far, I highly recommend this company!

I’m very impressed with this company. The first phone contact was with office staff who were knowledgeable and pleasant. The tech, Luis, was well rained, understood my equipment and provided excellent serve. I can easily recommend Southern Pride.

Just bought a new home and tried resetting our digital thermostat because the A/C and fan constantly ran, even if we adjusted the temperature. Stephen was very professional and friendly. He was able to quickly assess the situation and correct our issue. Stephen is definitely Christmas card worthy, nothing worse than having your house at 83F inside during the summer!!!!

I also appreciate the service package he suggested, but wasn’t pushy about it. I think $25 a month for piece of mind in case we do have an emergency is a fair price, along with the seasonal maintenance/inspection of our setup.

I would highly recommend Southern Pride Service and look forward to doing future business with them and the rest of their team. I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist, but she was very friendly and helpful a well. Thanks again!!!

I didn't take any photos. The install team did a great job on the install and cleaning after they finished. I was very impressed that they finished in one day. After they were done all the options for the system were covered in detail. The techs are awesome. Have been a customer for over 20 years. Top notch in all they do. They figure out issues. The office staff is also very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

Thus far I have highest praise for the office staff and sales rep, Travis. They are polite, and demonstrate professionalism at all levels. I am looking forward to my new furnace and air conditioner being installed!

The tech JR Roecker arrived as scheduled and was very professional and thorough. This was a maintenance service and he explained what he was doing and let me know what needed to be replaced without pressure or a sales pitch. Southern Pride HVAC has provided the best service I have seen. Definitely five stars.

Southern Pride Service Inc. has been wonderful to work with. After a phone call this morning, they sent a tech out to service my heating system right away. He effectively and efficiently diagnosed the problem and was able to show me pictures and a video of the part that was not working correctly, and fixed it so that I now have heat! Luis was terrific at his job and extremely polite as well. Thank you also to Kelsey and Sheila for communicating so easily and quickly making my day stress free!

Clarence was great! He took his time and assisted me with resolving several questions about my Geo system.

Travis was amazing in his consultation and was super quick with providing the estimate report.

The technician was on time and very respectful. He took his time and told me everything that was wrong with my hvac system. He didn’t try to sell my additional products I was very impressed with their service, I signed up for their maintenance plan.

(Not sure why Google keeps showing my old review to post as if I hadn’t posted it six months ago. So I’m typing over that one so that I can leave a new one for the tech for this year): Technician Clarence just serviced my HVAC system. He was friendly, came on time, was expedient, tidy, personable, FIXED the problem, and left no mess for clean up. For scheduling, Lyndsey was personable and also professional (bonus points for being a dog person! So was Clarence. We like people who like dogs 😍 Lol). She also alerted him to call me when the technician was on his way. They even sent a text with the technician’s name and picture so I’d know who to expect! Southern Pride conducted business the way professional businesses should. Hats off to you for great work and a great customer experience. You have DEFINITELY earned a new customer. Their website says that they are “THE BEST HEATING AND COOLING COMPANY IN CHARLES COUNTY, MD”, and I see why. (They served my unit in Prince George’s County, Southern MD, and now this company is my preferred provider for HVAC maintenance and service). Thank you.

Outstanding and timely customer service!!!!

Highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repairs. We had them come out to fix a capacitor that went bad and enrolled in their preventative maintenance membership.

Some time later, they came out for a qurterly inspection and checked everything and said it was good. A little over a week later the downstairs outdoor unit stopped working. I called them frustrated, since I had just had my quarterly check done, and Lindsey from the front office was very understanding and kind over the phone.

They sent a technician out the very next day and he was able to fix the issue free of charge. They did the right thing by the customer and put service above all else which is RARE for companies these days. They will have me as a customer for life. As previously stated I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great service on time and service technician really about his business.
I reached out at 2200hrs on a cold night with an older unit that had stop working. They came out in less than hour and got me up and running.
