We have been with Olympic Aire for a number of years and have always been very happy with their service. I'd like to recognize the technician that went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our recent UV light installment, Gary Hottle. He is a friendly guy thats very knowledgeable and procificient at his job
His explanations of the system. were thorough and clear, Gary worked expeditiously and cleaned up afterwards. While doing original work, he recognized a completly seperate problem that could easily be solved and fixed it. Thanks Gary!

My experience with Olympic Aire was very good. I have no complaints. My tech Adrian Hawkins was very pleasant, courteous and arrived in a timely manner. I requested service from Olympic Aire to secure the air vent in my master bathroom. As Gary, the tech, was preparing to depart my home, he questioned whether I received any information about air quality. After I showed Gary my Olympic Aire furnace installation paperwork, he discussed and recommended an indoor air quality product and installation. Likewise, the video presentation helped me to make an informed decision. Furthermore, Gary answered my myriad questions and demonstrated the installation of the different type of air filter that would replace the standard air filter. He sealed the deal when he informed me that he could complete the job today.

Gary's excellent professionalism, cordiality, and knowledge of the product eased any concerns that I had about moving forward with his recommendations. Thanks Gary Hottle for an outstanding customer service experience!

Our oil furnace wasn't working right so we called in and got an appointment for the next day. Andy came and fixed it all up in just a little over an hour. I asked a lot of questions and he seemed quite happy to answer all of them. The experience was refreshingly good since I always expect the worst. I'd definitely call Olympic Aire again.

This review is for the service provided by Olympic Aire on 03/02/2026. John and Adrian were extremely professional throughout the entire visit. They clearly explained the issues with the unit and showed us the damage so we could fully understand the situation.

They provided detailed options for repairing the unit versus replacing it, allowing us to make an informed decision. After reviewing the information, I chose to move forward with a new unit, as it seemed to be in our best interest.

I would like to commend John and Adrian for their patience. I never felt rushed, and they were honest and transparent when discussing the available payment options. Their professionalism and customer service truly stood out. I only wish more technicians provided this same level of care and integrity.

My first time experience with Olympic Aire Services was great. I was completely impressed with their technician's Gary and Jason, they were very professional and friendly - easy to talk to. I really appreciate the time they took to show and explain to me the cause of my problem. I highly recommend this company and their technicians.

I had an issue with my heat pump throwing an error and the outdoor unit shutting off during extremely cold weather. The house was freezing — even with the thermostat set to 68, it wouldn’t get above 60.

Another HVAC company came out first and basically told me to “reset the system” and that the unit just couldn’t handle the cold. No real troubleshooting, no real explanation.

Olympic Air came out and the technician, Gary, was a completely different experience. He checked far more than the other company did and actually took the time to investigate the system. He was honest and even mentioned that the unit has a lot of advanced technology, but based on his professional experience he suggested something simple: replace the air filter and replace it more often.

I felt stupid when it worked immediately… but I was also extremely relieved. I had been changing the filter every 3 months, and Gary explained that with this system it really needs to be changed closer to every 30 days.

The system is now working perfectly and the house is warm again.

If you want a company that actually troubleshoots instead of guessing, I highly recommend Olympic Air — and especially Gary.

I contacted several HVAC companies during a winter cold front and received no response. My family and I were cold, stressed, and desperate after our unit broke down. When I called Olympic Aire Services, everything changed.

They immediately jumped into action and sent out a technician, Joshua Eppard, who arrived promptly, was extremely professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and took the time to explain everything to my family and me. He also identified a serious fire hazard caused by improper installation of the unit. Joshua corrected the issue right away and assured us he would rush the repair to make sure everything was safe and handled properly.

Several days later, a second technician, Andy Messick, arrived, early, prepared, and just as professional. Andy thoroughly explained everything, went above and beyond by identifying and fixing additional issues that were initially missed, and made sure all our concerns were addressed. He was organized, clean, and incredibly patient.

Because of the outstanding service from both technicians, we confidently signed a yearly service contract with Olympic Aire Services. This company truly represents the American dream—reliable, honest, professional, and fair-priced, without trying to hit your pocket like others.

Olympic Aire has been providing top notch HVAC services to my home for years. I just had a humidifier installed by their excellent technician Ronnie and as usual, it was smooth sailing and he even swapped out our air filters. Also, a big shout out to the front office staff, especially Skyler, who always brings a smile to my face when setting up HVAC services or installation. Olympic Aire is the BEST!!!

Olympic Aire, specifically Andy Messick provided incredible customer service and is extremely knowledgeable serving as the subject matter expert in his area of operation. They also really look out for you and are not trying to take advantage. They applied discounts and went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed properly ensuring I was comfortable with actions taken. They educated about the HVAC system and humidifier as well and provided options. Andy reflects highly upon Olympic Aire and I appreciate this company and him—the BEST!

I’ve been with Olympic Aire Inc for over 20 years, and I’ve had excellent service. They’re always on time with the scheduled service appointments, also they’re right there quickly if there’s an emergency with your heat or air. They also have reasonable prices. The technicians are awesome, friendly, and understanding your needs, and explain what they’re doing so you can understand. I have my whole family using Olympic Aire, and recommend them to anyone.

I really like this place because not only are they good at what they do but great Customer Service Clarence was totally awesome he was very thorough and doing the maintenance check to my system I will be calling back for my next maintenance check.

Southern Pride is a top notch company. The experience, from the initial call on through to the technicians arrival is top notch. I was constantly updated on the arrival time. Clarence, my technician was friendly but professional. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.My air conditioner was back up and running in no time. I don't usually write reviews but felt that I had to give credit where credit is due. It is often difficult to receive good customer service but they are number one in my book.
