Any time we have trouble with our system we call Olympic Aire. Their technicians have always been respectful and showed us what was the matter. They either fixed the system right away or let us know how long it would take to get the part to fix the problem. I would recommend them to anyone who is having trouble with their system.

Tim and Jason were excellent! After going back and forth between vent cleaners and dryer repairman they found the issue and made it easier to clear the vent in the future. On time, professional, and we will call them for any other issues they can help with. Thank you!

I was a Maintenance Plus client but I moved to a Maintenance Advantage Program today? Why? I experienced an issue with my heat this morning around 6 am. (Thermostat set at 69, house temp at 61 and outside temp was 9. Wasn't sure if system was in lockout mode because HVAC system with aux heating (propane) wasn't responding to thermostat adjustment to 71 after waiting 30 min. House temp fell to 59. Called office number at 7:20 am (before business hours) and was connected to a real person who took my info (answering service). How do I know the person wasn't AI Ally? I asked questions that required more than the usual robotic responses. Was told that technician would be there btwn 12 and 4 and was asked if that was satisfactory. Immediately recd text and email confirming 12 to 4 arrival. Later that am, recd call from real person in office (professional and cheerful for an early and cold Tues am) and a follow on text and email stating that tech was inbound. Gary H arrived and was able to access my property to conduct service. Gary was very thorough and professional. He gauged the depth of his technical discussions with my layman knowledge of infrastructure systems. In other words, he was willing to go into as much detail that I was comfortable. We discussed system performance during extreme cold and what could be done to maintain more efficient heating. His system checks showed no issues with HVAC system. Very satisfied with service results especially since unusual cold temps are predicted for next 5 days. During visit, I took advantage of IV light installation special for better air quality especially in spring/summer and current Maintenance Advantage plan special as well. Been a client with the company for years and had OA install my HVAC, heat pump and hot water heater upgrades in the last 6 years. Even though they are part of a larger corporation they still possess their small company friendliness and responsiveness demeanor with improved tools and up-to-date skills. Thank you OA team.

If I could give no stars. This company double charged my cards after basic service. Refuse to refund me saying thy cant find the funds even after sending my personal bank statements. Even the mgr didnt follow aftr he swore he would. One basic life rule: "thou shall not steal". Find another hvac company with morals & integrity.

Olympic Aire has been incredibly helpful to me in repairing my HVAC. I don’t live in state, and was doing repair work on a recently deceased relative’s house to get it ready to sell. As you can imagine being out of state can make things that much more stressful and difficult. But through this entire process they have been so easy to work with and so communicative. During an already emotional time in my life they were reliable and did great work. Mike and Anne especially communicated with me, answered questions, and made sure work was completed on time and done well. Thank you for your excellent work throughout this project.

Tim provided truly excellent service and customer service today. He was right on time, arriving within the scheduled window. What really stood out was his patience—he took the time to clearly explain all of our new thermostat settings and showed us exactly how to operate it.

I just had my HVAC system serviced (routine maintenance) and I was very pleased with everything! The technician, Mr. Adrian Hawkins was very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He did a great job! For years, I have been a customer and I can say that the care and service Olympic Aire Services provides is outstanding...they are the BEST!

I truly appreciate the professional approach they gave to us. They took time to show where the problems were and allowing us to talk about it before we agreed on replacing the unit. I had lots of questions and they were on top of it. Thank so much.

Great customer service, reliable and professional. Plus: They actually come within the scheduled timeframe unlike a lot of other companies. They explained all issues with HVAC and provided recommendations. Will be using company again!

I don't post reviews, but Olympic Aire deserves to be reviewed for their professional technicians (such as Gary, Tim). Gary not only performed superbly, but he educated me on how to prolong y system. I've been a client for approximately 10 years and have never been disappointed with service and it's a challenge to find reliable dependable service these days. Thank you Olympic Aire.

Mr. Gary Hottle is truly a man of God who loves what he does and is passionate, reliable, patient, and knowable about the products offered and his character and integrity is above and beyond most workers in his field. He takes the time to efficiently give you details about your appliance and how to keep it running well. He is neat, and careful to leave his workspace in order and polite to all persons and willing to answer any questions you may have. A heartfelt shout-out to Tim for helping me with a heating problem on Christmas Eve! I knew what the problem was but couldn't for the life of me get the lid off the thermostat to replace the batteries. Tried virtually everything short of yanking off the wall! He requested a photo of the unit and told me exactly what to do and it popped right off. Replaced the batteries and problem solved. His kindness and willingness to save me some money is so rare these days. Tim and Olympic Aire are to be commended for their dedication to both professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this company. As Tim said, "you don't know until you know" and now I know! Thanks Tim.

Contacted Olympic Aire for dryer vent cleaning. I selected this company based on their experience and other customer reviews. They did an outstanding job...Jason and Gary (onsite technicians) were professional, courteous, and new/understood the work very well, they also are top notch HVAC technicians! The feedback I received regarding my dryer duct and home's HVAC maintenance was excellent information! Based on my experience with Olympic Aire I highly recommend the company. Everyone was great to interact with from my initial phone call to the technicians that came to my house...their customer support is outstanding!

Gary was great! Very professional and personable. Patiently walked me through his inspection and did not embarrass me when he found the source of the issue: my dog.

Olympic Aire scheduled service promptly when I requested someone come to check our ductwork. Gary Hottle came to assess the issue. As we suspected, mice had chewed through the insulation into some of the flexible lines. Gary provided a thorough explanation of the damage he discovered--including photos he took under the house. He performed a quick fix to stop the air leaks and furnished a detailed estimate to replace needed parts and outlined options for us to consider. I am very grateful to have had a tech with Gary's knowledge, ability, and attention to detail to work on our equipment. Five star service for sure!

The night before snowmageddon 2026, my 30+ year old furnace (Bessie) went out! I immediately called Olympic Aire Services and bright and early the very next day Technician Gary was at my door! Gary diagnosed the problem(s) and got the old girl running. Gary took time to explain the situation and condition of my furnace and gave me recommendations going forward. Gary was very knowledgeable about my furnace and I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and recommendations. While it's time for the old girl to retire I'm confident that Olympic Aire and Gary will help me through the transition to a new furnace. Garry Hottle from Olymic Aire was without a doubt the most professional competent HVAC represenative I have ever met. He explains the issues thoroughly but not condescendingly. He is efficient and personable, creative in seeking out solutions that are the least disruttive yet most effective. His friendliness never distracts from the business at hand. I would give Garrt Hottle 10 stars if I could, my confidence in his integrity and skills is that high.
