In fact, I'm so pleased with their previous work I don't intend to get additional estimates. Travis, the estimator was on time, professional and led me along by asking questions to ensure the product they provide is what I wanted/needed. They're good.

Great company and great job! I just had my furnace/AC unit replaced by ProTech HVAC. Couldn't be happier!! I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Woke up to 55 degrees in house. Supplemented gas fireplace to help but it could not warm the entire house. Called Pro Tech who installed the Bosch system four or five years ago. They sent a Tech the same day I called and he was here in couple hours
He diagnosed the problem and corrected it very quickly. The problem was in the attic unit. The Tech was very knowledgeable, polite and left everything in a clean manner.
Couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommend Pro Tech for all your HVAC problems.

As the weather was rainy on the day of my appointment I thought perhaps it would be rescheduled. However I received a notification that Eugene would be arriving during the scheduled time, Upon his arrival he introduced himself explained what he would be doing to repair the problem with the air conditioner and proceeded to do the job. He replaced the fan made sure that it was running and the temperature had dropped all within 40 minutes. Many thanks to Gene.

I would highly recommend H&J for any of you heat/air issues. They are an extremely professional, punctual, and conduct high quality work.
We had a recurring issue that other HVAC companies couldn’t seem to provide a long term solution for. When H&J arrived, they were able to quickly find two problems and fix them right away and we haven’t had a problem since.

The customer representative is very rude and needs to be trained as regards customer relations. I called them on the phone to report that my air-conditioner that was in perfect working condition before they were invited for AC tune up stopped working. The denied it and said I was lying only for one of the technician to come back and find out the disconnected something.

The second technician that came to repair what they diagnosed was forcing me to give him my credit card information even when I told him I wanted to confirm from Warranty company that what he is asking me to pay for is not covered. He kept screaming at me that he had other appointments and can’t wait till I do the confirmation.

How can a maintenance technician be forcing a customer to provide credit card information when he has not reported to the warranty company his diagnosis. This is very unprofessional and terrible practice for this company.

When I called the office line to complain that my airconditioner that was in perfect condition before the came for the repair was not still working and Infact in a worse state. The phone attendant said I was telling lies, I tried explaining that it wasn’t even the refrigerate they asked me to purchase from them was the problem that the airconditioner was cooling before they came, but now the engine outside is not even working, she kept insisting I was telling lies, screaming at me and cut off the call.

Please I do not want to see this company in premises anymore because am traumatized at their very unruly behavior and unprofessional code of conduct.

This happen at their Waldorf branch. They need to train their worker’s on customer relations.

Eugene and Mike were always on time and very professional. I had to replace my a.c unit under warranty from American Home Shield. I had to pay some charges that weren't covered by AHS. After questioning the charges it was fully explained why the additional charges were needed and I went on with the repair. After the new unit was replaced my main A.C failed a few days later ( totally unrelated). They came out and fixed that issue as well. It was a faulty capacitor .That was covered under my warranty as well. I recommended to other friends and family and they did well by them as well.

H & J are great. Used them 3 times in the past year and wished I’d known about them years ago. Eugene, who came today, was great! Fixed the issue and stuck around to make sure it was good to go. EO t go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.

H and J was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician found a baffle that was still in place from the original installation and wasn't removed. The system works far better now than in all the years I've owned the home and I am sure that my heating bills will go down now that the system is working as it is supposed to. He also fixed the sensor issue that three other companies have been unable to fix and he connected it back to the internet and helped me activate the app to control the system which I had been unable to do.

Very courteous and friendly staff, we were referred to then through our home insurance company. The staff is very friendly and my original hesitation was resolved by a highly professional team of both office and repair staff. I won't use another company for my heating air air needs. No one likes being hot in their home during the summer heat but their honest and professional team kept us updated throughout the process.

Top notch company and tech. The tech was right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and got the parts need to fix the heater all within a couple hours!!! They made a long term customer out of me. I would highly recommend H&J for all your HVAC needs.

Gene provided excellent service during our AC repair visit. He was on time and explained exactly what he was performing. He also installed our upgraded thermostat and took the time to show us how to set up.

H&J sent out very professional employees that detected our overall problem quickly. The conclusion was to relace both our heating and cooling systems. This was done very expediant which totally resolved our problem. Before H&J came out we had no heat in the winter and very poor cooling in the summer. Along with their professional Techs, their office staff was very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who desire a honest reliable company.
