We have used Braman's services several times. Mice, ants, bees and wasps are no match. The staff are friendly and quick to respond. The specialists who come to the house have always been great at hearing us out, answering questions, and being patient. We have had a number of people out to the house, and we have never had a bad experience.

Excellent service. Mark was excellent. We had more than we bargained for. He took his time and explored what it was in the house then went about accordingly to finish setting things up. I was charged up front and was worried about the service. I had no worries after Mark came and went. He called prior to service and was on time.

We at Spartan in Wilbraham are very happy with Braman, they took over for our beloved Fusion Pest Control.

Matt came over for a wasp issue in our condo. He was very thorough in finding where they were coming from and taking care of it. He also provided a detailed report to our condo manager outlining what he found and needs to be done. They were great!

The exterminator who came to our private premises, was very thorough, polite, informative, and made us feel assured everything was taken care of

We had a large yellowjackets’ nest in one of our shrubs, and it was so easy to schedule service with Braman online. They communicate very well, and the technician was even able to come early, which was great. The technician was fabulous: professional, kind to a wasp coward like me, and thorough. He removed the nest and after about a day (we were told foragers would return to their former home), we have not seen a single yellowjacket. We could not be happier.

This was an unfortunate experience but Braman’s made it more. The technician, Mathew, was knowledgeable and pleasant while being thorough. In the future, I will not hesitate to call Braman’s.

Technician came earlier than appointment - after calling to make sure that it was OK. Did thorough extermination in an efficient, unobtrusive way, explaining what he was doing. Mindful of the safety of my dog. Friendly, courteous, and competent. Most importantly, treatment was effective - no evidence of mice in house within 2 days of Barman's visit.

Braman was incredible from start to finish, from the moment I called to ask about service to John coming to eliminate the giant yellow jacket nest under my deck (which was not very easy for him to get to) it was so easy and an absolute pleasure. Thank you for getting rid of a ground bee hive a couple of weeks ago and previously getting rid of a moth infestation (from clothes we had put in a storage unit). Your employees were effective and very courteous.

I had a truly outstanding experience with Braman Pest Control, and especially with Alex Edmonds, who helped us tackle a serious rat issue. From the beginning, Alex was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly easy to communicate with. He took the time to identify and document all 27 burrows on our property—plus three more inside one of our houses—on two separate visits. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing, and that gave us tremendous peace of mind.

When the team came out to do the actual service, they were on time, professional, and impressively thorough—and to top it off, they were funny! You have to find some joy when dealing with something as horrible as rats, and they managed to bring a bit of levity to a pretty unpleasant situation without ever compromising on care or seriousness.

I now look forward to recommending Braman myself. It’s rare to find this level of expertise and kindness in one team. Once this issue is under control, I’ll absolutely be signing on for an annual contract—because I never want to end up in this kind of mess again!

I had Mark from Braman come to the house to get rid of Cakata killers, they dig holes in your yard and kill the Cakata's to further enlarge the colony. Mark and I found all of the holes and he dusted all of them and did some further spraying of the grass areas where they were feeding. There had to be like 30 of them flying around....a few days later they are all gone, Mark put in the time, did a excellent and thorough job and now my problem is solved........thank you for doing a get job Mark from Braman.

Josh was a fantastic technician. He came to change bait in our stations and ended up catching some other things that will help keep our house free of rodents. He went above and beyond and we really appreciate his efforts.
One note: it is difficult to get appointments made....had to call several times with no return call. Was finally able to get help contacting through email.

Eric came and treated my home today for a wasp nest inside the siding of my house. He was punctual, professional, informative, and kind. I would highly recommend braman to anyone as they seem to have the best price + a 90 day warranty for wasp removal.

Braman were the only company I called that were willing to come kill the mice we had, for a one-time cost that was reasonable. All of the others insisted on a subscription over an undetermined period of time. Some wanted a monthly payment even though they would only visit the home to "inspect" on a quarterly basis. A total rip off. Braman was quick and effective and the mice are gone. I won't consider anyone else in the future.
