I can’t express how clean they made my carpet! We are thrilled with the outcome. Everyone we have spoken to..the secretary,Oliver,Trevor and others have been professional,polite and helpful.
I would recommend them a million times.
Price was right as well..I’d pay it again to have my carpets look brand new.

Marcus did a great job cleaning the grout on my tile floors. They actually look like new.
He paid excellent attention to detail and asked me to check several times to see if there was anything he missed. I would recommend Stanley Steemer to my friends.

Fair at best. The guys who came were fine, polite etc. The results were a bit disappointing. The carpet had a couple issues that they couldn’t resolve and honestly looks maybe…maybe a tiny bit better. The tile they cleaned again was just ok. It’s cleaner, the grout cleaning….it looks a tiny bit better. They sealed the grout after but there were sizable areas with no sealer and other areas with puddles. While dabbing the puddled areas I was noticing still dirty tiles that I cleaned with general purpose cleaner and a magic eraser. Again, guys were good guys, polite and did work hard but the results fell short of what I’d consider acceptable. Keep in mind that the carpet nor tiled areas weren’t disasters to begin with.

Great visit and rug cleaning. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Made sure to leave adjacent floor areas dry and clean. Process removed all evidence of my large malamute dog, who loves to play in the woods and local ponds.

Spencer was very friendly, informative, and professional. Helped me out a great deal with the carpet in a new apartment that had lingering odors no matter what I did. I got the basic cleaning, plus the deodorizer & protectant for the whole apartment (two bedrooms, upstairs landing area, stairs, and living room) Now the carpets are cleaned and it smells great!

My carpet cleaner did an amazing job getting my carpet clean. It was really bad…muddy paw prints mostly. And my carpet cleaner was so personable and helpful. Thank you Stanley Steemer for a marvelous job once again!

The service provided by Franklin is exceptionally professional. I appreciate the timely updates and the friendly reminders about the estimated time of arrival. I didn’t have to worry about the quality of the service I would receive, as I had already received excellent service from Customer Service pre-service. He did an amazing job cleaning my couch, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service I receive. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer services.

Unfortunately, I am only able to give Stanley Steelers a 3 star rating.

If it was off of technician rating alone, they would have gotten the 5 stars.

Spencer and Franklin were the two technicians who came out to do our duct/dryer cleaning. Off initial introductions, they were both very professional and well mannered. I appreciated their down to earth personalities as they worked through their job and answered any questions I had. They never once got frustrated or annoyed with my questions.

Towards the end of their job, I had issues with turning on my furnace. Unfortunately this caused them to stick around well past their scheduled time. Franklin and Spencer were both very patient and continued to help with trying to get everything situated so they could finish their job. They never once made me feel rushed or impatient with the situation at hand. Spencer actually was kind enough to mention he wanted to make sure everything was done for us and he was in no rush.

Now the reason why I can only give the 3 stars is due to the aftermath.

Unfortunately the EQUIPMENT they had plugged in was faulty and once unplugged a prong from the plug stayed in the outlet and caused a minor pop and left a minor amount soot around it. Franklin and Spencer both apologized but I let them know it was not their fault at all, it was the equipment that caused the issue.

We did have to call an electrician out to take a look and have fixed.

Now once reaching back out to Stanley Steelers, I spoke to Mike Jackson, management and explained the situation. I felt as though he was unprofessional as far as trying to reimburse us for the electrician’s bill. It seemed as though the other mishap, of a duct area not being tapped over, was more important than my main concern. I was asked “ what I felt as thought would rectify the situation” which again was not appreciated, seems as common sense would be to reimburse me for the extra money spent due to their company equipment. I was very polite and respectful in trying not to make it seem worse than it was. To me it felt as though the mishap was being blamed towards the technicians.

I can go on and on about how frustrated I was dealing with Mike Jackson but things were rectified and I am getting my reimbursement for the electrician bill so that’s all that matters.

As long as you don’t have to deal with management on an equipment issue, your experience should be better than mine.

Came back from vacation to find my couch covered in our dog’s hair. Thankfully Stanley Steamers 24 hour customer care line was able to help me book a service for the next day!! Jose and John did an incredible job cleaning and deodorizing our family room couch leaving it looking brand new! We highly recommend Stanley Steamers and applaud the work of Jose and John specifically for their hard work. The company and workers are very diligent and clean not only all sides of the couch and cushions, but also all matching pillows with the couch! I’ve included some before and after of the service! Thank you Stanley Steamers!!

Didn’t finish the job. Very upset when I looked in corners or behind doors. I had to spent at least 1 1/2 hours cleaning up. Didn’t get under the fridge I pulled out. You want pictures of the final product?! Never again. If you want something done right, do it yourself. They just wanted to get out of the job because the bosses girl kept calling him. My good money gone wrong.

We had the tile floors in our kitchen and bathroom cleaned and sealed. What an incredible job they did. The tiles and the grout look AMAZING! The gentleman who did our floors was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to be doing and really came through. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Great experience. Ariel, the person who booked the service, was very helpful and accommodating of our schedule as a business that operates 7 days a week. Spencer, the tech, did a wonderful job of lifting some really tough grease stains. He was professional, efficient, and pleasant! Area rugs and carpet have been given a second life!

Stanley Steamer did an excellent job. My toddler scraped his toe and got blood on the couch. Marcus cleaned it thoroughly and made it look brand new. We are incredibly grateful for their service.
