The team was challenged with both outdated and updated surfaces. You should actually send this survey out 48 hours after the service is complete. I am not able to make an accurate review at this time. I did see some stains coming back but many were removed. Tomorrow will be a different story.

I also did not like paying you with my personal card when we are an established team such as yourself. Do you pay your delivery drivers when they drop off product? If you do I would really be impressed.

My last comment is to let your active employee know that I actually gave you a chance as I thought I never would. The guys in the truck worked hard as a training team so make sure you let them know they did a good job as I did. The higher ups such as Kyle Boldi have dedicated years of service and it is good that you take care of them. Make sure that you let him know that I said hi!

Marcus did a great job on our tile entrance, kitchen, and laundry.
He also treated the tile grout with a sealer. I used to clean these tile floors with a scrub brush and a tub of water/cleaner on all fours. No more!

I received 5 star treatment from the 2 reps. I highly recommend these guys. They were courteous and professional. They were also knowledgeable about there job. I appreciate Cardell and Newman.

Spencer and Oliver cleaned and deodorized my basement rug. It had a lot of dog urine stains. All gone. They did a great job! They were professional, informative, and tidy. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Roberto and Marcus were professional, kind, and informative. They cleaned after themselves and answered all the question we had. Our ducts and dryer vent are clean and we can already tell a difference throughout the house.

Cardell, the technician, arrived on time, was professional, courteous, providing excellent customer service. He did an excellent job cleaning the upholstery on our family room furniture.

Carrell was informative and engaging. Did a great job, made sure I was satisfied after cleaning each rug. Advised on how to dry the rug needing an extra treatment! Would definitely recommend Stanley Steemer and Cardell!!

Noah did a wonderful job very polite very respectful. The couch turned out amazing. The carpet looks great. I only gave a four star review because the quote that they gave me over the phone to what it was was quite a bit higher, but I would recommend Noah doing your carpets or your couches he was fabulous

The technician, Franklin, was very professional and pleasant. The job took less time than I thought it would. We had 1 room size rug & 3 smaller rugs cleaned. We were glad we moved the furniture before he arrived. My impression was they would do that but 1 man alone would not have been able to do that. So you should plan to move your furniture yourself.

I had 3 rooms of carpeting cleaned and couldn't be happier. Franklin a service technician notified me via text with an estimated arrival time and his picture. He worked efficiently, quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer.
