Great service and excellent technician.
Heard some noises in the wall overnight. Called Braman at 8:30am and a technician was at our house 2hrs later. Jacob was very personable and knowledgeable. He analyzed the issue and found carpenter ants were the issue. He explained the process he would take, including spraying around the entire foundation, windows, doors, the deck. Very thorough. I am very impressed with Jacob and Braman and would recommend them.

Nathan V. Was extremely helpful at our facility, literally going above and beyond. He was very kind and respectful!! Wold recommend both him and Braman to anyone! Happy Holidays!

Dan's been servicing us for 3 yrs now. He goes over and beyond the call of duty--friendly, thorough and professional. We had a nasty problem this year with hundreds of wasps in our attic and he tackled it aggressively and head on. Thank you Dan and Braman!!

We use Braman for our Agawam facility and they are great. Responsive, professional and friendly. Any issues we have they are right on top of it. It helps they are also right next door to us as well. :-)

I had to call them back because they only did the middle of my living room floor because they didn't move the tiny bit of furniture in the room. They came back after I went back and forth with Spencer. He was not happy about it. Oliver was wearing street shoes and was tracking up the floor. I had to remind him to wipe up after himself. He still left wet spots. The grout on the floor still looks the same. It cost me $231. I could have done a better job myself. I cleared almost everything from the room myself. So that they could concentrate on the floor. I am nt happy

Every surface inside my house is now covered in dust.

Team was booked to arrive on 2/28 between 8 & noon. Got a call at noon saying they were delayed at previous job & would be there between 3:30 & 4. Only the supervisor showed up at 4, explaining that the cleaning team was stuck in traffic & wouldn't make it. We rescheduled for the next Saturday (appreciated!) between 8 & 10 AM. Team showed up at 8:30, got to work, & finished by noon. Problem is, they did not correctly reinstall the furnace filter. There were clods of dust & whatever in the furnace the size of a cat. Without the filter in place, the finer particles were blown all over the house by the forced hot air system. And I mean everywhere.

Are my ducts cleaner than before they came? Yes, but I had to clean/dust/vacuum literally everything in the house a day later. Not what I was expecting.

UPDATE: I have not been contacted yet. Filed complaint with Stanley Steemer on 3/15. Photos & videos added.
• Photo 1: Swiffer pad after cleaning the floor of the kitchen 48 hours after the team left. The floor was clean before they came.
• Photo 2: Furnace filter (bottom) that was replaced a week after the team worked at the house. New filter on top for reference. Bottom filter was new before the team worked on my house.
• Photos of inside of "cleaned" vents from bathroom, bedroom, & kitchen.

John was awesome. Very pleasant did a very good job. It's not usual you hear people call you, sir all the time, he was very polite , he gets an. A.

First time customer. Was pleased with professionalism of the technicians but was also confused as to why I needed to clean my house after they left. I mistakenly thought that they would clean up all dust related to the duct cleaning process when they were done. That part is not mentioned on the website.

Arrived on Time, was very thoughtful explained everything and completed the work in a timely manner. Finished product looked very nice. Would highly recommend Stanley Steamer to clean your carpets.

We hired Stanley Steemer to clean our air ducts and vents throughout our home. The Stanley Steemer crew consisting of Spencer and Cardell were most efficient, professional and personable. After explaining what and how things would be done. They answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion.
