Morgan Hoover cleared a blocked shower drain in an apartment building built in 1930 that I manage. He was very communicative when it came to delays with our service appointment early in the day. This was very helpful. He was always updating me about his arrival time. On arrival, he assessed the problem and offered multiple service options based his professional opinion. He also answered all questions about the scope and nature of the work.

Jonathan replaced 4 sinks as well as a sump-pump at my house. He was the ultimate pro and explained everything in detail, including the costs. He is neat, courteous, and has a good sense of humor. Jonathan will be my go-to guy for all my needs, both personal and real estate.

JAM Plumbing re-plumbed our entire 10 unit condo complex. It was a detail oriented job given that most residents were working from home during COVID and a lot of coordination was required. The PM provided an ongoing up-to-date schedule and the team was hard working and thorough. We will be contacting JAM for all of our plumbing and contracting needs moving forward.

I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience with this company. Plumbing issues are so intrusive, but they quickly and efficiently fixed our problem. No headache whatsoever. I am 10 hours from home. An allergic reaction is causing me to develop a rash on my stomach, which then spreads to my back and my neck. I called 17 doctors (LITERALLY today) and not one would take me on short notice despite it being an emergency. Dr. Retna was willing to see me the next morning, despite their usual Thursday cosmetic appointment schedule and short notice. This is, in my opinion, a fantastic doctor! She is a wonderful doctor and I'll never be able thank her enough.

It was leaking! He was polite & professional. He called to let me know he was on his way; the company also sent a message. He was here soon after. He quickly accessed the problem, shut off my water, replaced the problematic part, and turned the water back on. All in a very timely manner. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, & punctual.
This was a home warranty dispatched company so I can't comment re: the cost! Thank you David & City Plumbing.
