Robbie arrived on time. He was thorough, efficient, and a perfectionist. Robbie fixed our hot water heater. He also was kind enough to teach me how to perform a minor repair. Highly recommend this business.

Josh did an amazing job finding the source for the leak in my house. He's considerate, kind and curious. Josh has helped me to see that there are many plumbers who do a great job. It's been stressful for the past two weeks. Another plumbing company had given an incorrect diagnosis. I wish I found him sooner!! I am excited to work with him in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

I wpuld strongly discourage anyone to use the company service. This company business is simply non transparent and blatantly dishonest. I have asked 3 times about the cost while booking their visit to deal with our clogged toilet. I just managed to get a response we get a quote once technician arrives, the text message within 2h, then technician arrives in about 30 min. I did get notification they were running behind. in 4.5 h technician arrived to explain to us that to clean clogged toilet is a flat $521.80 fee. At that time it was too late to chase another plumber on Saturday, so we got $100 senior discount and the job was done literally within 3 min. My request to go deeper to clean the sewage line better resulted in an extraquote. What a scam! Dishonest, do not ever go for them. We never will.

Had an emergency situation - late night clog that flooded my bathroom. Ronnie came over and worked like hell to get it all taken care of. Professional, explained everything, very thorough.

My experience was unpleasant, and avoidable. I had broken pipe, and it took 2 days and over $2,000 in fees to find that out from Roto. This company is a cash grab

Roto-Rooter was very responsive and sent a technician just two hours after I called. Ronnie, the technician, was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job.

Ron was a great help. Within two hours of requesting service, he was here by 1.5 hours. He was in and out and was able to get the ring I dropped in the shower drain.

The plumber arrived on time as scheduled. He mentioned using the Snake to unclog the drain will cost more than $700, which we were not expected the price to be so high. We could not reschedule with another plumber so we paid the high fee.
Next time, we will use another plumber.

Have a 115 year old home, so always unique surprises… had a UV patch liner installed for a drain repair and was so impressed with the entire RotoRooter team. While the cost of the liner was a bit of an unanticipated shock initially, they were very transparent & accommodating to make it fit my budget, and I understand the cost after seeing the amazing tech of the procedure. Charles was great at clearly explaining my options at the onset. Everyone was so engaging during the process and Carmelo & Sean took such pride in their work and their experience & collective insight was reassuring and appreciated - felt as if I had invested partners in my home repair… and learned so much about my drainage setup & history as well as the unique technique for the repair. They were a true pleasure to contract and have in my home for the repair. I highly recommend this team from the office to the amazing technicians!

Guy came out at 10PM for me, came pretty quickly too. Took his time made sure he really fixed the problem. Very nice, showed me the issue and how to prevent it for the future. The price unfortunately was pretty crazy.

The technicians (2) were very professional. They came and assessed the problem within a few hours before the big winter storm. They answered all my questions and explained the process each step of the way. They provided me with some solutions to help prevent future clogs. They got the job done in an hour and cleaned everything up.
