The three companies that came out with us to fix our emergency Sewer problem all had different diagnosis and solutions. Gonsalo gave us the best impression and, after a few discussions, he came out again to look into things further. We went with his team because they were fast, minimally intrusive, and cleaned up everything. He was willing to listen to any questions or concerns without ignoring them. Leonard answered when I called at 10am. He gave me a phone estimate of $1300 based on his opinion without having to see the problem and answered all my queries. Mario, who was working on another job at the time, came to my house later that same day around 1pm to provide a more accurate in-person estimate. Mario was able to quickly determine that my toilet pipe was in good condition and only the seal had been damaged. Although I could have done the job myself, I did not want to take the time. He completed the job in just one hour for $250. He also repaired the broken bolt and caulked all around the toilet. He did an excellent job, was meticulous and efficient. Will call for future plumbing needs.

After a ridiculous estimate was given by another company, the estimators came out to make a more reasonable offer. The work was done well. Septic abandonment with sewer tie-in.
