Needed to get our main sewer line descaled due to a back-up which Roto Rooter handled on a different visit. Our plumber, Harry, was very professional, polite, cleaned up afterward, and communicated with me throughout the process. I would recommend Harry to others.

I do feel like the price we were charged was a lot higher than what an online search said such a service should cost (note someone other than Harry provided the price), but there isn't much we can do about it since you were already working on our plumbing and you know it would be more difficult for us to get other bids.

Ron did a great job. He explained things thoroughly got my clog out and cleaned up. very happy with his service.

Had 2 different plumbers from Roto Rooter come out for our issue.
1st guy was very stand offish an left nasty water all over basement floor and filled my toilet he knew wasn't working with disgusting water to the brim.
Had to call someone else for another issue before Roto could finish.
2nd employee came his name was Rob an was super friendly an got the job finished.
I was taken back at the mess left behind by first employee that started the job.

Roto Rooter, Ron specifically, saved Christmas Eve for us. With 20 people arriving in 2 hours, our main septic line clogged. A disaster in the making. RR rallied a technician in 4 hours and solved the issue to the delight of a lot of anxious guests who needed a rest room. And Ron was in a positive mood with can-do attitude. Bravo guys! Appreciate the early arrival of Santa! My recommendation to any reader- save Roto rooter in your contact list. I’d call them first every time! I felt completely taken advantage of. I had a very routine issue of a valve that needed replacement but couldn't wait because I was about to leave town. They kept rescheduling the arrival time forcing me to miss work, charged me extra because they weren't prepared with the part needed and ended up charging me over $1000 for a part that cost about $50 and less than an hour of work. Mind you, I asked the dispatcher for an estimate and they couldn't provide one and by them I saw the cost, I didn't have any other options since I had waited so long and couldn't afford to wait longer. I understand that emergency plumbing costs more but it took them so long to arrive that I would not even consider this emergency service and even so, the cost was absolutely outrageous. I submitted feedback on their website and they told me to call them and when I did they said they would call me back to get more information and then never did. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and recommend others don't as well.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. The technicians came within 2 hours. They were very pleasant and professional. Harry made a stressful situation easier. The problem was fixed very quickly. They cleaned up before they left. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Ron was my technician and came on a raining night and helped the bathtub issue at my apartment! He tried to trouble shoot before we really had to tear down the walls, floors/downstairs ceiling! I truly appreciated him! He know what he is doing and even if it does not work out, $99 is pretty fair in my opinion! Thanks so much Ron!

Our main sewer pipe didn't drain properly. Roto-Rooter responded quickly on the same day I requested the service. Our plumbers were professional and efficient. They explained the issues we had as well as future preventive action we could take. Highly recommended.

He did an exceptional job clearing the sewer drain blockage in our home. The work was handled quickly, efficiently, and with a clear level of skill and know-how. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, explaining things along the way and paying close attention to the details. His professionalism really stood out and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. When he finished, our plumbing was running perfectly again. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience with results we’re very happy with.

Service was scheduled quickly with plenty of date/time options to choose from. Technician arrived on time and had my drain fixed quickly. No issues since then. Price was a little higher than I hoped it would be, but what doesn't cost a few extra bucks nowadays? Totally worth it though for the quality of work and willingness to stand behind the results for 6 months. I'd go with these guys again for sure.

Atef was here in less than an hour on a Sunday night! He was very professional. He explained everything gave a great price and was finished very quickly. We are definitely going to be using Roto Rooter for every plumbing problem and will request Atef every time! Thanks so much!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I worked with Horvitz Plumbing on a commercial project for my small business in boston. The project was somewhat complicated, Matt and his team came up with fantastic solutions and made the process seamless. They were professional, prompt and so kind! Their admin/scheduler Odette is proactive in her communication and also made the project painless. I would work with them again both for residential and commercial work.

I have been using Horvitz for all my plumbing and HVAC needs for a few years now. I am a small landlord and homeowner and have found it impossible to find a service company that is knowledgeable and professional like them recently I had Nikoli over my house for HVAC issue and he was awesome at communicating clearly and handling the issue efficiently . He even had booties so he did track dirt on the carpet areas which was incredible . They are a true 5 star company !

Recently, Jeff from Horvitz Plumbing did a great job converting my 3-handle to single handle shower faucet. The job was quite challenging as there is no access behind the existing faucet and pipes while maintaining the existing tiles at the front. The new shower faucet looks and works perfectly. Horvitz Plumbing also did other projects for my home in the past years. Every job was on time, quick and done perfectly.

Doug was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Beyond his obvious knowledge and skill set, he brought a personable and warm demeanor to the service which always makes a difference. Highly recommend him and Horvitz Plumbing!

My husband was coming home from rehab for a hip replacement and I needed a new shower faucet with a hose and grab bar fast. I called Horvitz and a friendly plumber came the next day and did a very professional job and left the work area spotless. I would recommend Horvitz highly.

I had a big problem with the temperature fluctuation of my water at my cat grooming business. This was going on for years. It was zipping up and down from hot to cold randomly. Working with cats is dangerous. I was losing money as it was also a time taker.

I hired 4 different companies, one of which was an inspector. Horvitz found the problem right away. Not only did he fix the problem, he made my job safer. Jeff Keegan you deserve a lot of praise. I'm sorry this took me so long to post.
