Strongly recommend Horvitz!! Our tub was leaking into the unit below and Horvitz was able to get out to us first thing the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced our bath waste and overflow, and repaired the section of ceiling they cut for access. Ryan and Tony were extremely polite, punctual, and worked quickly but thoroughly. Odette at the office was very patient and responsive, and coordinated the work with our schedule across multiple days. Will definitely seek them out again for future plumbing needs.

Highly recommend working with Horvitz. I had an issue with my heat and was having a hard time finding someone who could fix it in a reasonable amount of time. They were able to get Ryan over to take a look very quickly, he figured out and fixed the issue. I called about 15 local companies who all said they couldn’t help me out with some exhaust vent clearing work but Ryan took care of it no problem. Odette was extremely kind, helpful and responsive from the office. Everything went very smoothly. They seem to genuinely care about helping people. Absolutely will work with these folks going forward and would recommend to anybody looking for honest and good work.

Dishwasher installation. Nat, the technician, was kind, polite, and efficient. Did exceptional job. Appreciate them working with us for a last minute installation. Called in morning and they were here two hours later. A little pricey but worth it.

The Horvitz team were prompt, super thorough (ran into a snag and came back to ensure things were done perfectly), and competitively priced. Also Nate was the epitome of professionalism, knowledgeable and thoughtful, did an exceptional job cleaning up after the job was completed, and even good with our pup! 10/10 would recommend.

Reached out to fix a faucet and Odette got right back to me and got us on the schedule for this week. Mike came out and was great! Figured out what the problem was and went above and beyond to solve it for us. He even listened to a few other issues we have going on and set us up to easily book those with Odette. Great experience all around.

We needed service during the holiday weekend. Someone was kind enough to answer the phone, even though they were closed and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. Our service tech Nate did an outstanding job. He was on time, very professional and replaced our faucet within an hour. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Horvitz has taken care of our plumbing issues for a number of years, and we've always been happy with their work. It is always a pleasure to speak with Odette on the phone and she is responsive and very helpful. We had three projects to tackle recently and Nate did a terrific job. He was efficient, friendly, left everything neat & tidy and got everything done well in good time. We would be happy to see him again!

Great experience! Nate was awesome. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, immediately diagnosed the issue, and had my heating system up and running in minutes. Explained everything that was happening with my heat and what he was doing to fix it. Super friendly and professional. Odette in the office was amazing, too. Super responsive and incredibly thoughtful throughout the whole process. I was a new customer and she got me on the schedule immediately (thank you again!). If I need any help in the future, I’m definitely calling them again!

Just had my first experience with Horvitz Plumbing & Heating and it was great! So professional, efficient and neat! And Nate was great with explanations. They're now on speed dial, for new (updating) projects.

Have had multiple plumbers come in and "band-aid " an issue. Mike and Tony came in and after evaluating the situation knew exactly what to do.
