Jonathan Marciniak and his team of Jose and Lantigua were just incredible. Everyone was beyond responsive, curtious, knowledgable, accomodating with my family and young children, and respectful of our home - so much so, that they turned a difficult situation from water damage into a pleasant/pleasurable experience. They worked efficiently, and took extra special care in keeping the home clean during extensive rip-outs and repairs. Having worked in construction - I know that is not an easy task! Working with Dan Martin from ServePro was a nightmare. He was unresponsive, not professional, and I legitimately felt like he was working on behalf of the insurance company and not us, his customer. Never returned calls, tried to overcharge us by a lot, and dragged his feet for months on a simple project. Every time I spoke with him I felt like I was bothering him. In the end, he laid the project off onto a 3rd party and Servepro didn’t even do the work. If you do go with with Servepro, plan to have them put an air purifier in your house for 2 weeks and then be charged by the day. Don’t work with Dan Martin no matter what.

Unfortunately, my wife and I had a plumbing issue that resulted in a bigger problem than we originally anticipated. SERVPRO was extremely efficient. Jonathan was a great communicator and very helpful throughout the entire process. Adrian and his crew were tremendously professional, clean, fast, prompt and helpful! Even though this could not have come at a worse time, SERVEPRO definitely was one of the few bright lights! Would certainly recommend to anyone in need of water mitigation!

Great team led by Jonathan (project manager) and his crew was Hector, Ricardo, Silvio, and Juan who together sorted a flood in our condo. Time was a real concern as we had the condo up for sale. On behalf of Gaftek - we used ServPro at a commercial property in downtown Boston. Nick (Project Manager) was fantastic to work with. The entire team was extremely professional and communicated extremely well. There was a lot of long, overnight hours accrued on this project, Gregory and Ricardo (crew chief's) where also helpful and did a great job! I would recommend this group to anyone.

Our third floor bathroom leaked which caused water damage on three floors. Jonathon Marciniak was a great project manager; he was timely, organized, very knowledgable and with his team (including the office staff who responded quickly to my initial email), took the necessary steps to identify and remediate the water damage that occurred. His on-site team - including Austin and Jose - were highly professional and very competent. No one wants to be in a position to need these types of services, but if I ever do need them again, I am calling Jonathon and ServPro.

Jonathan and his team of Reggie, Ishmael, Franklin and Juan did a really amazing job after my hot water heater burst and flooded my first floor. They were quick, friendly and the remediation was excellent. Communication was clear and consistent with what they were going to do and then they did it! I highly recommend these guys!!

Thank you for your fast storm response following Hurricane Ian, which caused extensive damage to our Florida home. Jonathan was quick to respond as soon as we requested help with water damage. The project manager, Daury, and crew chief, José, were professional and took great care to ensure all the damaged areas were located and mitigated. Thanks to their quick response we likely avoided a bad situation with mold and further damage from the rains.
Thomas and Reggie were terrific in tackling complicated jobs, and left the job site tidy at the end of each day. They also took care to ensure our pets were protected from harm during the process.

Service was excellent. The emergency line took my information and I was called back in a timely manor by Johnathan Marciniak. He was great on the phone and he dispatched Eric and Esteban. Once they arrived they went right to work and cleaned up the aftermath of an very extensive sewage leak. I can't thank them enough for the effort they put forth. Thank you for working so hard with a smiles on the whole time. It wasn't an easy job but they took care of it like pros and left the facility in better shape than when they arrived. Had some water damage that spanned 3 stories on one wall. ServPro was a made the quick process easy from inspection, dealing with the insurance removal and drying. Jonathan M was the project manager for the job. Very professional and communicated in a timely manner. Hector and Leandro did the removal and these guys work neat!!

Jon was extremely responsive when I reached out to ServPro late on a Sunday evening on the mist of the pandemic lockdown. His crew, Sam, Reggie & Ishmael, came out quickly (within 30 minutes!) and went to work quickly to ensure the proper protocol was taken to begin drying out our building from tidal water that had backed up through the city drainage system and into our building’s parking garage and into the building. They were on extremely responsive, on time, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I am hoping we do not need their services again anytime soon, but I the unfortunate event we do I would not hesitate to call Jonathan immediately.

Suffered a catastrophic sewer line collapse just before the Veterans holiday weekend causing sewage to flood my finished basement. Jonathan Marcianic and his teams led by Samuel and Hector were amazing. Fast, responsive and great about getting air scrubbers into the home even before the official cleanup began. Teams worked emergently even after working a full day on a separate job and Jonathan was great about working with my insurance company so I could avoid the hassles of bills and reimbursement. SERVPRO was recommended to me and I'm so glad they were. Definitely my go-to company for bio-hazard cleanup and remediation.

I also used their services for the demolition of basement and first-floor floors and walls. This also involved removal of all bathroom fixtures and kitchen base cabinets. The team were prompt, polite and professional. Reggie, the man in charge, kept me informed of work order details and progress. It was a big job but they finished in two days and a few hours on the third. They left the place immaculate and ready for reconstruction.
