SERVPRO did a great job with aiding me in my water damage. Their response time was immaculate, and they were very professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I experienced a fire in my home. I was very compassionate with everything and they were so easy to work with. This company came so quick, out most professional work done on my home.

Nick and Walter were timely and professional! They took lots of steps to make sure floors and other rooms were protected while our bathroom ceiling is being worked on.

Warning: this company will lie to get your business and take your money! Do NOT trust them to do business ethically! If I could give a negative point I would.

I hired ServPro of Allston, Brighton & Brookline because they promised to refund the cost of the assessment for my project if I use them. I paid them the assessment fee in front, and over $7K for the entire project. Not only did they NOT refund me for the assessment cost, but also they were trying to charge me even more.

I had already hired some other company did most of work, what ServPro actually did was much less than what they estimated, both in man power and time wise.

The assessment fee was supposedly $350 according to what they told me on the phone, they actually charged $369 without explanation.

I went back and forth through emails with their account manager, who repeatedly assured me they would refund me for the assessment fee. The refund never came and the manager was making false statement after false statement. They purposely dragged out the exchange so that it was past 60 day window required for credit card disputes.

Very expensive, poor service, and over charging. DON’T believe their promises!

Great crew they did awesome work and made sure to protect my floors before starting work. Office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, definitely recommend these guys if you have a sewage emergency.

The team arrived to clean up a sewage backup problem in our basement. It was a mess. It spilled everywhere. We had no idea our dishwasher and washing machines were also affected. They cleaned it all and came back immediately after John sewer cleaned out the sewer system. Excellent work. Thank you.

Servpro did an amazing job on my water damage problem! Servpro has been very professional. My first contact person was sympathetic and provided a ton of information. Chris was the leader of the project and spoke to me several times explaining the details of what would happen to the timeline and what I needed to do to make it work. I was surprised and pleased at the amount of time and consideration he showed. Even though I have no knowledge of this kind of problem, he never treated me like I was not intelligent and provided information that made the whole process work more smoothly. Nicklan and GIH did the initial demolition. They were careful and precise with my belongings and cordial. The work they did was done swiftly, and they also provided explanations and information as the process proceeded. I have not yet experienced the rebuilding process, but this part has been amazing and I expect that the same will be true of the next step. I fully recommend Servpro.

Dilson and crew were professional from the first hello. I received clear and helpful answers to all my questions. They were efficient and thorough and cleaned up very well when the job was done. So I have been on a streak of leaving very positive reviews for companies that I have worked with recently… however I need to make sure to share how truly terrible this franchise is. I can’t speak for the other franchises but this Serve Pro franchise gets away with truly scamming people into paying OBSCENE PRICES. Our insurance claims assessor said out of the entire state the Allston, Brighton, Brookline serve pro is the only one that makes people pay everything up front, and charges 2x more than the other franchises. My husband knew the were scamming us, but we felt desperate when we had a leak in our sewage main pipe which got all over our basement. Please please please do your self a favor and shop around for other ppl to clean up leaks or damage to your home - Google “home remediation companies” DO NOT use this franchise unless you want to be charged over 7k for something that should only cost you about 4k

We had a mold issue. We had Servpro and several other companies give us a quote.
We were impressed with Servpro's quick response. They were very thorough and offered suggestions and recommendations.
We hired them.
The day they were to arrive, I received advance notice of their arrival.
The three employees were the best. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made this overwhelming issue bearable.
The level of service was incredible.
They will be returning in a few days to collect their equipment and clean up.
I would highly recommend this company. Abel, Trey, and Alfredo also are highly recommended.

We recently needed help with a major clean up in our basement involving a sewage issue and the ServPro team was outstanding. Eduardo, Abel , and Alfredo worked tirelessly from start to finish. They not only did an excellent job but they also came and went with smiles: very friendly and professional. When they returned to pick up some equipment, they found a new issue that was more to do with the plumbing. They kindly explained the issue, helped with the plumbing, and advised on next steps. I highly recommend this company, especially these 3 men who really went above and beyond to help resolve our issue!
